The wait is nearly over and we got 3 bites of the cherry and i have every confidence in Sound in delivering and JP got his career riding on the 3 drill wells and JP is on the side of private investors. i have not heard of a CEO before engaging with private investors like JP does and JP deserve all the success if the the three wells go well

To answer your question mate, the most likely buyers are sound neighbours Shell or Respol a Spanish company, however Total has been buying up natural gas companies lately or Russian Gain Gazromp not sure if i spelt t the name right. Hopefully a bidding war will start among the oil majors to pump up the price but we need to wait and see mate

To answer the question mate. The Buyout could create a number of options. 1. a straight cash offer, 2 a mixture of cash and shares in the company that buying sound out. 3. All shares offer in the company that bought sound out. Another option for Sound is to remain independent and return cash as a form of a special dividend and then Sound can keeping on building. i hope this answer your question mate

I do not agree with Motely Fool s article about Sound Energy. I know Sound Energy is high risk but there is a solid team behind Sound and well financed and fortune favours the brave and there is a lot of work going behind the scences we do not know about and so keep faith everyone and keep smiling

Thanks for posting the link and very interesting and Brain got excellent knowledge and i think we got a good chance of huge rewards with Sound. We just need to be patient and the news flow will increase in the coming months and two super majors are our neighbors and it looks promising folks. I am in for the long haul

Please do not post anything negative on this board. Sound Energy is a fanastic company and keeps its investors well informed and JP answer personal E Mails from Private Investors and how many CEO do that, not many and i rest my case. Exploration stocks are High risk/High Reward and patience is a virtue and i remember Dragon Oil years ago they done nothing for years and it worked well for Dragon Oil Shareholders.

thanks for your post, next year will make or break for tomco, i am disppointed at the lack of news from tomco, i think you are right tom co will not get take over at 10 pence or 15 pence that paul have saided in the past, more realisticty anything over 2 pence is a bonus. Tomco is a simple investment it will eithier multi bag or go bust, it has lots of potential but very risky however if tomco gets all the permits and the technology works then tomco will get taken over and the share price will multi bag only invest what you can afford to lose personally i am a longer term shareholder in tomco and i think it will come good and at the moment the share price is very low and worth a punt . one of the reasons why i liked the share is that the shareholder register contains some very wealthy and knowledage investors.
