We should know by May whether TE 10 is a success or not and fingers crossed it be huge you never know and lets hope a oil major is waiting in the wings to take us out and happy investing everyone

A small top up today slowly building up my holding and this low share price giving me a opportunity to build up on low share prices. i have every confident in this share and the time to buy and there is hardly any newsflow and quiet on share turnover. this is a great small company and great assets and a very forward looking CEO who had great success in the past and well supportive cornerstone investors and a loyal small investor base and long term in 2 or 3 years this share price be a lot higher however i am not a expert and willing to take it a chance on this share and fortune favors the brave and good your own research everyone and happy investing

I bought a small amount o fCoro shares today and i think Coro got a good chance of doing well and the Unique Selling point for me was the CEO James Menzies who got a proven track record of building up companies and knows South East Asia like his back of of his Hand and he has no trouble in raising capital from banks as the bid for Ophir provides evidence. Banks are willing to back James because of his proven success. Also the assets of Coro are good and they are not a one trick pony.

These shares will fly because over 40 per cent of the shares are held by management and and they are not selling due to the fact they know the potential of the business and their payday will come when the company is sold in 2 or 3 years time and a lot of private investors in this stock are long term investors not interested in a fast buck and supply and demand dictate share price and newsflow as well, there is a lot of newsflow coming from this company. the shares are tightly held by the long term investors who are not selling and this will force the share price to go higher

There will be no new information on Thursday unless a RNS is released before the gathering, no price sensitive information will be given out on Thursday and personally i do not see a need for a meeting

I think when TE 9 was a duster they started work on TE 10 as soon as possible so no work on TE 11 so i think that TE 10 got a good chance of commercial gas and if there was bad news on the Horizon why would they have a investor gathering next week, i think there been a RNS soon before the investor gathering, obviously they cannot give out any market sensitive information next Thursday so things are looking positive and happy investing everyone

Done some research and sound cannot transfer assets to the newco without shareholder approval and they got to pay us off as we own the assets or give us the choice to have shares in the newco and a shareholder must take place and take care everyone

Thanks both for explaining the offer and i understand now and i bought San Leon many years ago so showing a large loss so i am not taking part in tender offer and i will keep my fingers crossed and hope san Leon creates more value for its shareholders and many thanks both

I am confused why would Sound have a informal meeting with private investors and it is obviously they cannot give us any price sensitive information and it be about six weeks before we find out if the gas in TE 10 is commerical and i am very confused by the timing of this meeting and many thanks

Hello everyone and please can someone help me to explain the tender offer to me, i am confused, is San Leon buying the private shareholders out and will San Leon still be quoted on Aim or is it San Leon just giving shareholders a opportunity to cash in and the company will carry on trading as normal and many thanks in advance for your help and kindness

you are right it is impossible to stop leaks but i am hoping for some update next week and i am getting fed up with no news

We all need to be realistic and Sound is never going be a 60 bagger and reach 10 pounds that is a 10 billion pound market cap totally nonsense. The most realistic outcome would be anything above one pound and i be happy and have a great weekend everyone

Thanks for link mate the Q and A question session was very interesting and CEO James was open and engaging and i am glad i am invested, this share got good opportunities to grow and it is long term about 2 to 3 years for the share price to grow and i am happy that institutional investors bought in about 4 pence show me confidence and directors bought as well and happy investing everyone

All this buyout talk is just rumours and first we need evidence to prove that TE10 is commerical and then we wait until we drill TE11 everyone is jumping the gun here

A good post and you are right and it is a good sign that CEO is not selling any shares, at the end of day he has made four times his money bit he saided in a video interview there is more to come and he wants to build up the company in a time frame of 2 to 3 years then sell it for the highest possible price and i have every confidence in this years, i lost money on other oil and gas stocks and that was my fault because i did not research the companies and listened to share tips. this share i have researchedand i went into CEO background as well and he got a proven track record of building up companies and selling them on for a large profit.

The oil majors are generating a lot of cash and bears well for Sound and only we need now is to see whether TE 10 gas is commercial and find out about GSA and starts drilling on TE 11 and if Sound has a successful outcome, there is a good chance that one of the Oil Majors could bid for us and we just need to keep my fingers crossed
