This news might flush out a serious bidder perhaps a oil major there is value in Tenduraa a oil major with deep pockets would do that. i am sad about RNS i wanted a complete sale
A big thank you for explaining the RNS a step in the right direction fingers crossed for a good deal and take Care
Can someone explain the importance of the RNS saying that a GSA has been signed. Many thanks and Take Care
A nice share price rise today a takeover might be happening behind the scenes and see what tomorrow bring a RNS perhaps
I think there is no way that a company will bid one pound for us , people are living in fairly land HAHA but i hope i am wrong. Sound is not generating any revenue just burning cash.
All quiet on the Western Front with Predator however i have every confidence on this share and the shares are tightly held so any bit of good news the shares will fly. Predator oil is a waiting game and i am happy to wait i am not a trader and i have every confidence in Paul Griffiths CEO as he owns 44 per cent of the company and most of his personal wealth is in the company so he is on the same hymn sheet as us. This is different to a lot of companies where CEOs get paid lots of money for poor performance and just happy to draw Large Salaries and do not care for shareholders however it is in Paul personal interests to care for shareholders and deliver a good return to shareholders because he is the largest shareholder by a very long way and fingers crossed for some big news before Christmas
A Good point you made and Take Care
I do not understand how the share price went down as all oil stocks are up due to the crisis in the middle east. Predator is a cracking little company in my view. 3 great assets and a very experienced management team and fingers crossed
Hello Joebop this a very polite request for you stopto deramping and negative comments about Predator Oil and Gas. I cannot think of any other company listed on the London Stock Exchange where the CEO owns 44 per cent of the company Predator oil is a very small company and risky but has 3 great assets and a strong experienced management and got great potential. I watch the CEO giving a interview and the company got 3 bites at the cherry and only one needs to bite for the company to transform thier selves and take care and have a nice day
Thanks for comment no i am not on twitter group but i will try to join the group now many thanks and take care
I am level on this share now i was losing Thousands but i will keep Holding, there is a lot more potential to this share and this share is starting to get more well Known and hopefully attract more buyers and one good piont is there are not a lot free shares floating about because the Management owns 55 per cent of the company and they are not selling and looking to cash in their chips after 2 to 3 years in a trade sale and no one can buy the company on the cheap because the Management got a large part of their private wealth in the company and they be in a very strong position to negotiate as being the largest shareholders and Happy days
Thanks MickyBee for posting the link and very interesting and Shell are our next door neighbors and if BP makes a offer a bidding war could happen between Shell and BP.For shareholders to get a good price at LE a bidding war needs to happen between the Majors and the Majors got deep pockets and thanks again for posting the link and take care
Good news today shares done well. these shares are tightly held and any bit of good news these shares will fly. i have every confidence in this company and i do not think that you can buy shares in a company where the CEO owns half the stock like this one. the company is unique and things are hotting up in Trinidad and for a market cap of six million you got 3 great assets and this share got the potential to multi bag
Thanks for posting the link i have signed up and take care
Paul Griffiths CEO of Predator Oil and Gas and his senior Management owns 55 per cent of the company. They have 3 great assets in Trindad, Morocco, and Ireland. Paul has over 40 years experience in Oil and gas industry and the Market cap is about 5 million and a lot of potential here and Paul is a much better CEO than JP and he is more level headed and got alot of skin in the game and he is not selling, he is looking for a trade sale in 2 or 3 years time and Trindad is on the verge of producing oil using CO2 enhanced recovery and Predator is high risk but has a lot of potential and it is a chance for Sound shareholders to move on to a better run company and good luck everyone
A interesting video and Paul is on side of the shareholders because he is one and the biggest and interesting he is thinking of paying special dividends to shareholders and i thought that his plan was to look for a trade sale in 2 or 3 years time and Paul gave a good interview and looks determined to succeed and take care everyone
I thought that JP will not leave sound and i do not blame him the money he is on and JP be a fool to leave Sound and Sound are good payers
A Good RNS today and looks like Morocco is in play and the beauty of this share is the management owns over 50 per cent of the company so the shares are tightly held so when the shares kick off hopefully the demand will push the share price up as there are only 50 per cent of shares on open market the management will not sell they are looking for a trade swell in 2 or 3 years time and happy investing everyone
There is no way on earth sound is being sold for one pound or higher . we be lucky to get a bid and the company is running out of cash very fast and that is our personal view and i hope i am very wrong and have a great weekend and take care everyone
i cannot see Sound getting any offers because we been up for sale for 3 months and Amersuir only been up for sale for a month and had offers already and the communication coming from Sound is very poor and have a great weekend everyone
