Being a Shareholder in Sound has learn me a lot good and bad and it been a experience, i think the most important thing is not to get too emotionally involved in a share and not too put too much in one share. and profit is a profit better than a loss. i think the BOD got too involved with the private investors and wasted thousands of pounds on parties and boat trips and be honest JP over hyped the share and made a lot of mistakes and i think JP will do a lot of things differently in his new company C4 energy and i checked that C4 is a proper company on Companies house website and JP wants the company to be sold as soon as possible and i wish JP good luck in his new company and hopefully fingers crossed JP will get us a good deal. It is Jp interest to get a good LE or Asset price otherwise his reputation be in tatters and he will struggle to raise money for his new company and banks will not lend to him and happy investing everyone

A good post and you are right a RNS should be released to stop the rumors. i think BOD should not answer private investors E Mails and just get on with selling the company or assets. These E Mails are causing Rumours and happy investing everyone

I think the exploration director has saided too much and CEO will not be happy lol. It does not matter the share price went down. This is a positive for long suffering shareholders, we know that there are more than 10 companies interested and the deadline for bids is before 31 October. We are in August now so only a couple of months away. There is some hope that a company might bid for our assets or i much prefer the whole company and this share has been a roll coaster ride and i be very happy to get off and Happy investing everyone

I think Gazprom a Huge Russian Company and Total a french company and obviously our Neighbours Shell and respol and maybe a few of the smaller companies we never heard of. Sinopec have been mentioned in the past a huge Chinese company. Maybe BP . Sorry you are right, i did not read the E Mail Properly, it saided more than 10 and promising news and i hope our next door neighbors are involved in discussions Shell and Respol. At least there is some hope we got companies interested in buying our company or assets. Fingers crossed

Sound has interest from ten companies and Sound has spoken to 10 companies and the deadline is before 31 of October. We need to wait and see whether the interest will turn into bids and fingers crossed.

All this talk of one pound being the LE price is utter rubbish, we be lucky to get 30 pence and we might after to start drilling again if no bids come in. People need to be realistic and Sound is selling on Weakness but i hope i am wrong as i am losing a lot on this share

If a offer came in of 35 pence we should accept it and be lucky that we got a offer. At the end of the day Sound has had 4 dusters and we are not selling from a position of strength and Sound has no revenue to boost cashflow and we are just burning cash and we go bust in a year time because we ran out of cash and companies will pick up our assets on the cheap. That is my personal opinion and i hope i am wrong i am losing a lot on this share

A good post and i totally agree with you. PRD got lot of potential and the market cap is so small for its assets it owned. PRD is a classic high Risk/High Reward Play but the Unique selling point for me was is CEO owns 44 per cent of the company i think and the shares are tightly held and he is not selling and he is looking at a trade sale in 2 or 3 years time . The majority of small cap oil stocks are rubbish but i think we got a gem on our hands with this one and time will tell and happy investing everyone and take care
