This is my last post on here on Valirx as I’m not going bull to bear anytime soon as that is not my style. I still own some shares here but equally I don’t want individuals trolling me or accusing me of being a swing trader when I am not.

The stock is not about me, you all need to Do Your Own Research and make your own calls.

I research a company and stock to the best of my ability; I don’t put significant sums of my family money into a business at risk without doing so. I have worked hard to improve the profile of this company and bring awareness to it and interest is higher here as a result. I had totally brought into this company.

The deal Valirx has proposed I don’t think is a good deal for shareholders but that is my own personal view, but I don’t know enough about it. This could be the deal of the century for all I know. Clearly some posters here love it so that’s great, I’m sure the stock will climb today as a result.

I don’t know why Vali RX decided to hand over their prize asset to a US Start up Theorem RX

I don’t know who is behind this business? is it related? Is this some sort of Val2 USA flavour? Are directors or key investors of Valirx involved in the set up of the stateside business? Can shareholders here buy shares in the raise? Is there a prospectus? Are Cenkos supporting the stateside raise? Is this why the business likes Cenkos? As i say I know nothing about this business or this arrangement and when I invest, I like that clarity. In time investors should know more and be able to make a more informed decision.

I understand that Valirx are going to continue supporting the development of 201 for a token £20k a month and are now also going to continue the development of 301.

I understand that Valirx will see $2.2m USD (£1.6m sterling?) over the next two years and this will ensure they don’t need an immediate placement. Milestone payments if/as they are reached but again no clarity of what those milestones are? Running costs at VAL are £350k a quarter currently so it will be tight. From my own personal view and its MY OWN view this was not the outcome I wanted.

IMO this means that the business will remain bootstrap. I wanted to see a deal with a recognised brand, I wanted enough cash on the table not just to keep them trading but enough to given them the wiggle room to take on and fund loads of new projects to really drive the company forward for exponential growth. For me, the deal fell short of that and that is my honest precis of how I see the situation currently.

Hopefully, once everything is fully known, as I say a more informed decision can be made. My remaining stock averages circa 25p. I am happy with that but won’t be adding at these levels but that’s my business. Sorry to disappoint.

This is one of nine AIM stocks I own, rather than insult me and look for someone to blame if the stock doesn’t immediately go north in a straight line try doing some fcking research of your own and making your own calls. don’t follow me.

The problem with these forums on LSE is they have a percentage of visitors that either just enjoy being negative constantly or deramping to buy cheaper or go short and a percentage too lazy to do any real research

I can tell you in every case I carry out hours of my own research before I buy. In some cases as much as six months of research before I make a move. If I sell a position I have a reason for it, I won’t go back and explain why on a forum board as I won’t diss a business I have supported and won’t damage other investors positions but if you want to know why I sold a chunk of NCYT and why I sold a chunk of VAL contact me by DM on twitter and I will tell you. Because my research is VERY comprehensive and most RI as I say dont do any. I do not pump and dump, but if I’m very long as in investing north of 250k I want to be sure of my facts

When the first payments come in we intend to announce exactly what has been received and the context of receiving it (ie is it a milestone or service payment). As I stated in the video, we will report on all progress when we can.

The reason for stating the $2.2M over the first two years was to give a clearer picture than just the immediate payments.

The first payments are dependent only on completing due diligence and signatures, later payments on progress of development (just as we do when we take projects under evaluation first). The payments are not based on the amount of cash they raised.

We were also careful to state that the first payments are expected this year so that people understand this is a well defined process, not open ended.

Finally, we could have kept them as an “undisclosed US biotech” but felt that would lead to inappropriate speculation. We have been as transparent and open as possible with shareholders.

I have no problem with any of the above being shared - it is no different to what we have already stated publicly.

market cap this low, can only go one way, i put this business at 6m+ value all day long. Deal with Volvo and off to the races.

With the deal on the crown jewels done, a further Q & A could be useful so we are clearer on finances. I don't care much for what some posters think of me, increasing the exposure of this business to the investing community has been my number one priority a) because sentiment here was dire before i joined and b) i had a vested interest in the SP rising. I believe i have made a contribution to that.

I have been as honest as days long here. I can't deny I was bloody disappointed with the deal. The product once commercialised would be entering a 11bn value market. But there are reasons i guess.

What was unclear to me was exactly what cash on the table the business was going to see before the end of this year. They run out of funding before the end of Q1. The upfront payment due to come in before the end of 2023 is worth lets call it just over one years funding. But its cash in now I'm interested in. Not end of next year.

Further, i was hopping mad because i felt the deal fell well short of my expectation. Had there been something like say £5m upfront ( i was actually hoping for 10m) it would not only have supported the status quo on the running costs but would have provided the wiggle room to take on say 5 or 6 new projects. As it is they remain boot strapped.

The video did not answer my number one question on cash flow. I have sent this email to Suzy...

Are you in a position to confirm exactly what payment may hit the business before the year end? or is this dependant on how much cash the new start up raises stateside? if you don't know yet are you able to confirm at what point you will know.

Whatever the case ultimately we need that clarity to properly value this business. Meanwhile, the dust needs to settle. I still own a chunk of this stock but i want to see where this settles, as we enter the quieter trading periods going into 2022

Yesterdays trade.
Buyers today were able to get in off the back of that hence the rally today.

At 2 m mcap im happy adding, if a few want to take profits, go for it but a long way to go yet, each to their own.

BTW, anyone coming here to slate me over Valirx go and read my post on that board. This stock is an entirely different play with different challenges. What the BOD do at Valirx i have zero control over.

I am NOT having any of this what so ever...

I have been incredibly loyal to this business. I have gone out of my way to change sentiment here and introduce the company to as many people as i know. I have had total faith in the business.

For what its worth i had built up to 1.5m of shares. I now hold 500k and depending on how events unfold i may sell the rest.
Read todays RNS, the deal is with a US Start up that is currently securing funding. The upfront payment on 201 which imo is their flagship legacy project has secured call it 1.7m sterling upfront - not enough to cover one years funding and worse the RNS says before the end of 2023.

It then says payments before the year end but its unclear what that looks like? So im sitting here thinking if its a token payment they will need a placement in Q1 possibly? No problem with that but it wasn't the outcome i wanted.

The potential deal size with milestones is what 44m sterling? If the new start up can get it to market.
For a key product in a 11bn market, i see that as a VERY low ball deal.

Then we come onto this partner. It was made crystal clear during the presentation that the partner is important and they need to be aligned with them. We now find its a bio start up. Big difference between being that and being with a major bio like AZN or similar and a new start up bio that may or may not secure funding to advance?

Anyhow, I will digest further in due course and see how events unfold but i wont have anyone here insinuating i'm some sort of pump and dump merchant because i'm bloody well not. I have invested my hard earned here and totally believed and backed this business to the hilt.

I am absolutely gutted by this RNS today, i value the business based on this dire deal at about 25p. So yes better than where it was but a poor show imo and not what i was looking for and clearly the market doesn't like it either.

The best deal was Nick buying at 6p - i doff my hat off to him, that's where the real money was. The forum members want to post a more positive spin here then go for it but i don't personally see it. Disappointment is an understatement. Sorry but that's how i see it.

The naysayers and moaners can do what they like, I'm happy giving this ONE a go. If i triple my money all well and good, one thing is certain; should that happen the moaners will still be moaning and making zero money

OT - As a cross ramp, sorry, have also taken some Helium One HE1 shares, Now that one is high risk, its a case of lose your money at 7.7p if no helium found /they cant extract it, or stratospheric rise if the Helium is there.... more of a gamble than an investment strategy.

At 7.7p it kind of looks overdone, those wanting out are well gone, Yesterdays RNS fairly encouraging

As i see it:-
IF no helium or they can't extract, its game over.
IF they find Helium and can extract it then 7.5p is going to look stupid and its back up towards 40p/50p in no time.
Time will tell
For the brave but on balance, looks like slightly better than 50/50?

Well I'm not seeing the same as some of you that's for sure.

I can’t draw breath this morning regarding this deal, they have basically sold the Crown Jewels from under us to a US Start up.

A low back end deal worth potentially $61m so let’s call it £44m, imo a token arrangement.

And $2.2m USD upfront that’s about what £1.6M they will get before the end of 2023 !!!

I mean what a scoop for the US player. They will take the bulk of the benefit from this deal for sure.

What was all the talk in the presentation about working with the right partners to take it forward blah blah and then they sell it to a bloody start up.

Not sure from the RNS exactly what payments will come in before the 2021 year end. Not very clear. If its not enough to cover costs in 2021 a placement will be required.

As such I am materially reducing. Disappointed frankly, really disappointed. Can’t know what fair value is for this business as we don’t know exactly what cash is in before the year end.

I can only hope that 301 and 401 deals are better, but this is really disappointing, and I just wonder who exactly decided on this US Start up?
