Some of the posts on here are absolutely absurd!!! The ramping and blatant misleading lies, are absolutely disgusting. No NNN technology is being used at Adenbrooks Hospital, or any hospital for that matter!!! That's a fact. The technology that will be used in the HVAC filters is the same technology that was used for the masks. Let's be honest, that has been an absolute disaster, and a complete flop which has resulted in no meaningful revenue. So why would the same technology be successful in a different guise, ie HVAC??? Same meat different gravy!!! What we are witnessing now is blatant, out and out ramping, riddled with lies and misleading statements. Peeps have taken it upon themselves to try and ramp up the rms, coming up with prices of 50/100p in order to encourage others to invest, so they may exit themselves. IMHO this won't even hit 2p, let alone 50/100p!!! The rns is not ground breaking news. What shareholders need to hear is news of contracts, that will in turn generate meaningful revenue. Currently this is purely a speculative trade, but what I don't like is unscrupulous individuals trying to lure and induce others into buying, so that they may exit with their shirt intact.

Scoter - They hadn't been waiting very long at all, because they sold me 8m shares in the past week and 0.58p and below. I just let them have them back at a little bit higher. The other 13m they kindly let me have at 0.65 and below, in fact, at the time, I think they were glad to get shot of them!!! DrMicho - Thank you. Unfortunately it's not all good news. I've been trading ODX all week as well, and I've made some really good profits buying in 100k batches, and selling for 1p - 1.5p gain, making £1000-1500 per trade. Unfortunately I went in a little too deep yesterday. Which left me holding 300,000 shares overnight!!! I've sold them today for a £15,000 loss, which more or less wipes the profit out that I had made on them this week!!! Onwards and upwards!!! Good luck to you with NNN. Atb Popeye.

Not if the shares are traded within an ISA. All profits from share dealing and dividends, that are wrapped in an ISA are completely tax free. HMRC don't get their hands on a penny of it. There are now many individuals who have in excess of a million pounds in an ISA. Good luck. Atb Popeye.

Thanks poorinvester. It should have read between 0.67p - 0.89p. I had stops set that got taken out on the way up, and some I sold manually. Thank you for your kind wishes, and I really hope it gets to 4p for you. I'm spending all of my profits on my boat. We're installing a generator, watermaker, saloar power, lithium batteries, electric winces!!! The list goes on and on!!! Perhaps you make like to come sailing with us???. poorinvester - I wish you the very best, you deserve it. I've sold 18m share today at varying prices between 0.77p - 0.89p. I'm more than happy with what I've made. I have 3m shares left, which I intend to lob today, I will lob them in 2 x 1.5m batches. Let's hope the MM'S are reading, which I know they do!!! Good evening poorinvester, thank you for your reply. I hope you enjoyed your meal. I totally agree with what you say. I don't think Gareth is deceitful, but more naive, and not very business savvy. But you have to give him credit for holding on to his shares. When the others, who were extremely unscrupulous were selling, he openly stated that he wouldn't sell, and he's been good to his word, and in my book, that deserves respect and credit. Good luck. Good evening poorinvester, I trust you are well? I took the opportunity to sell 5m shares on the recent spike at an average of 0.78p. Since the strategy update I've added 8m shares. Interestingly at the close today, the MM'S were happy to take as many shares @ 0.5751, irrespective if it was 100k or 10m. I also found it interesting the timing of the NNN strategy update??? Which effectively contained nothing of real substance, but it was if it was timed to put the brakes on the SP??? I would be interested to hear your thoughts??? poorinvester - Very good question. Like yourself I now also have a fairly large holding in NNN. So to answer your question. What would be fair value for NNN, for another company to acquire them??? For what it's worth, in my honest opinion I think you need to look at the share incentive scheme that has been awarded to the CEO, and use that as a guide to fair value. You will note that 50% of the shares awarded under the incentive scheme will be triggered at 2.5p. This is where I personally think that offer for the company would be pitched at. I also believe, as others have pointed out, that the decks are being cleared in readiness for a takeover. Good luck. Atb Popeye.

Good morning TLWilliams, I totally agree with the kitchen sink analogy. All the bad news is now out. I saw the two disposals, and the cutting of the apron strings as a positive, allowing the company to focus on the real asset. I see the current SP representing fair value, hence why I have been buying in at the current levels. I traded RMS last year and earlier this year very successfully with the huge price swings. Yesterday I tried to add a further 1m shares and in the end had to settle for just under 900,000 shares. Any announcement on orders will see the SP go ballistic. My personal opinion is that the CEO has cleared the decks in readiness for that good news. This also may well make the company more attractive for a predator, as now the company has rid itself of any excess baggage!!! Who knows??? Needless to say I will continue to add at these prices, until I have a sizeable holding. I will also be lobbing some of my holdings for 100% plus profit at 1.5p, but will also hold some back for a free ride at higher prices, and if the news is good, those prices will come.
