Chaebol, this is the first time I've invested in a company that didn't rns the suspension, however, that is irrelevant to the bigger picture.

For Hexam's benefit, every share I've been invested in not every share. I do not invest in shares that have no real potential.

This could be 30p after suspension. Every share I've been invested in that got suspended, always and I repeat always on end of suspension fired high significantly. I've known a few that got suspended. May be it's because FCA gives them a kick up their backside. Bad news is always given first. If there is no RNS tomorrow, the probability of the next RNS being positive then negative are a lot higher. If there isn't an RNS in the morning, cancel administration from all the scenarios.

Blubay, a few weeks ago President Pete mentioned wanting to sign a ppa, I think he is waiting for prices to come down.

1. As I said weeks ago, debt will get restructured so payments are very small for the next 6 months or a payment holiday (maybe chapter11 is a threat to the creditors).
2. There is deal done for partnership, to fill up Helios and use the full 200 MW and further develop so next 600 MW can be utilised.
3. PW, runs off with the money left to some dodgy south American country, where he recruits a army of misfits and rebels and instigates a revolution then declares himself the President. President Pete builds an utopian society with their main source of revenue which is crypto mining. Two years later, he gets ahead of himself and borrows more from the World Bank then he can pay back so his country is declared bankrupt and he gets chased out of the country by the natives, who were especially disappointed with the fact that he initiated building a swimming pool as a national symbol but it never got finished. :-)

Hexam, again you are changing the script, I didn't compare arb with cine. I simply explained chapter11 as I did in CINE.

I stand by that, this could go either way. A lot of companies get their debt restructured in chapter 11, which is beneficial to them.

I merely did the same explanation on the CINE board regarding chapter 11, now I'm having to do it here. People need to understand chapter 11 before they start jumping the gun. The way people are posting they don't seem to understand chapter 11.
