RE: News alert - ARB12 Dec 2022 21:53
Hexam, you really are a no clue. They tell you so much, you need to join the dots. It's called research and analysis. Cutting and pasting may be fun but you don't make money by regurgitating someone else's bs. They gave the figures, I did the calculations. Calculations were right figures were wrong. I would go through the past rn's and interviews with you but I can't be asked.
So, lets do today's. grab your crayons and pay attention, I'm not going to do this again, especially with you. We have been told they are good for a few months but today we are told "The Company is at risk of having insufficient cash to support ongoing business operations within the next month", then they move on to "The Company is in advanced negotiations with a third party to sell certain assets". So the company is going to run out of money in a few weeks and they are in advance negations, so these negotiations have been going on a while.
Then this is written
" and engage in an equipment financing transaction that the Company believes will strengthen its balance sheet and improve its liquidity. The Company is hopeful that it will be able to consummate the transaction outside of a voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing in the United States, although there is no assurance that the Company can avoid such a filing."
Then they tell you they have a solution which is brilliant otherwise the alternative is horrible chapter 11 bankruptcy. Talk about scare tactics (carrot or stick). Notice how they accidently posted the page on their website and then got it tweeted by their buddy and then got the FCA to suspend ARB. Shareholders are bricking it at this point, they will allow anything to happen, so assets will be sold off cheap and company will be saved. PW profits in all the scenarios. ARB survives the bear run and comes out for a huge bull run hurray! The probability of PW setting this up are huge. And the probability of ARB surviving are even bigger now. Hooray Hooray, long live al presidente Pete.
I'm here to make money, this is the reason why I like Chaebol from despising him, once I realised his here to make money also. I really respect that. The question you need to be asking is this share worth 6p, they had no assets and the share was worth 6p and now they have loads of assets and the sp is still 6p lol. PW has killed the sp so he can offload a few assets and line his pocket, whilst share holders will be more then ok with it because he has saved the day and risen the sp. Imagine if the sp was £1.00, do you think he could sell any thing. If this drops, I'm selling all my shares and loading up here.
imho dyor
I've written this very quickly on my phone so apologies for the spelling and grammar but not for the insults. ;-)
