At a good guess, I doubt it’s Helios. It’s probably their first data centre or Baie Comeau. It also could be their stake in Pluto.

Chaebol, you can’t pay peanuts for land that can be developed. It’s a bit like Uk, if you can build on it, the land price goes up substantially.

Hi Wolf, boatman are shorters, I wouldn’t go by anything they say. Arbs land is worth money, it’s not grazing land for sheep, you can build on it, it’s next to a highway, next to a wind farm and it’s got all utilities. They did a placing to pay for it, the raised around 25 million if my memory serves me correctly on the placing, they RNSd they paid around 15 million for the land first then 5 million after it gets to a certain stage. I’m going off memory, so my figures might be slightly off. It’s all in RNS’s.
ARB spent a lot of money on Helios, I think they spent 10 million just on the substation. I have a feeling PW has done all these shenanigans, so he can sell Helios cheaply to one of his pals and get a nice drink under the table in the process.

To be fair, PW hasn’t tried to sell arb, neither has he filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. All that I’ve seen happen so far is, he tried to offload 15 percent of the company for £25 million and the loan company refused, it’s not like he was offering 50 percent of the company. And he has accidentally posted a page on his website regarding chapter 11, however, he is not going into chapter 11 so wtf. It seems to me PW has dropped the sp on purpose or out of stupidity. Or both.

Wolf, a lot of money was spent on Helios. This wasn’t a cheap setup. The land cost around 20 million. God knows what the building cost or any of the equipment like transformer etc, then you have the machines. Riot have just started building one similar not far from Helios, that’s supposed to be costing them a couple of hundred million I’ve been told.

We know nothing of ARB’s financials, what their assets are worth or what they can borrow against. All we know is PW, sold machines, raises loads of money to improve the balance sheet and the money disappeared lol.

HC, in all my years of investing, in this situation, placing is never done at this level. PW is crooked, not stupid. They will wait for the sp to get around 30p before they even consider placing. And before you start, this company is nearly bankrupt and have no choice. Mate, loads shenanigans to come yet. An asset sale? so they are selling the Canadian data centre and refinancing the equipment at Helios? Most likely, I never liked the Canadian Data centre, PW couldn't have pool parties there, too cold.

If you look at the past 12 months, the burn rate seems to be around 3 million, then the last couple of months burn rate has gone up triple. How is it possible? They must have at least 8 million in the bank.

I forgot to say from yesterday, regarding your escalation in Ukraine. America is only sending a few patriot, insignificant amounts, enough to protect a small base. It was a decision to please their own politicians rather then the Ukrainian military.

I have no spare funds, otherwise I’d jumped in for a quick trade. If the deal gets consummated, you will see a 10 fold rise. Same thing I’m expecting to happen at arb. ARB is in a lot better position then CORZ, so I can’t see why a deal like this can’t be reached.
