Tiger, we do not know what arb assets are worth, Helios, Pluto, the other data centres etc.
we do not know what is happening with the intel deal, are we getting are deposit back? Is the deal going through, are we refinancing with them, as per the rns.
We do not know what asset is getting sold and for how much. What we do know is other then borrowing, we spent around 100 million on our assets, with placing raise’s. We paid for the Helios land and most of the building with placing raises. We put 10 million into Pluto with placing raises. Etc.

Precious, HC takes a long term view in investing in crypto, he believes riot is in a strong position and after a year he might double his money. Me on the other hand, I’m like you, I look at the situation and I form an opinion, when the situation changes, my strategy changes. HC, the economic outlook isn’t looking good overall. It’s easy for bears to make these calls. No one knows what’s going to happen in the future but if things stay on this trajectory, we will be having a huge economic crash next year. Sometimes, I start thinking it’s planned that way by the rich lol, a chance for them to make even more money lol.

If arb can’t get a funder or if they can’t sell any assets or they can’t raise enough money, they are going to file for chapter11. This is what arb are saying.

HC, my research regarding chapter11 is, ARB is better off going into chapter 11, if they are planning to give all their assets away, they should already be in it, if surviving is the only issue.
Chapter11 not suiting arb at this moment proves they have more to play with. I am really curious what asset they will sell.
