I agree with you.
As for ITV next weeks future I maintain my opinion regarding Monday's opening in the range of 84.50-85.20. I also believe that the current upward movement that we are dealing with in the ITV share price probably has much more measurable bases than its undervaluation or the change in the ratio to assets generating dividend income exceeding the expected level of inflation and, above all, market interest rates. And everything indicates that it is related to predictions about the future and possible changes to the entire structure of ITV, starting from the merger, through the separation of individual assets (both as a result of an agreed merger and a hostile takeover) and also in response from the CEO and board of ITV, as a defensive operation to certain actions. All this should lead to a rapid increase in the valuation of ITV shares in the short term, closer to US than EU standards (i.e. closer to P/E of 25 than 12). I believe so because it is there in the US that I see capital that can smoothly take over ITV's assets while obtaining the greatest real benefits. In addition, the companies representing him have sufficient funds not to worry about valuations based on the European stock market prices, and thanks to their offer, beat their local competitors. This stream of cash is flowing into Europe in an increasingly wide stream. And nothing will stop it. If my predictions and forecasts based on specific economic facts (which I have been talking about clearly for several years) are correct, then the valuation level I assumed in the range of £2-3 will appear much sooner than at the turn of 2026 and 2027. And one more thing that I have been telling all doubters for a long time. If this happens, the queue of people willing to buy ITV shares may not be very long, but it will provide us with quick and decent profits. The British, European or American market, where ITV operates dynamically and is expanding and developing on a grand scale, will provide us, the shareholders of this company, with even greater excitement. I do not think that those who have already joined this game would want to give up the field cheaply for takeover and domination in these markets. An appropriate capital base plus a specific position on the market as an addition to ITV are able to create a money-making machine for many years. So I myself am waiting for the first specific offer, and then a real answer from those who deal the cards firmly and dictate the terms. And the CEO... as I said. She is a successful woman, whose ITV is probably the last child in her career. So let's not expect an offer below the price representing a specific reference to this time when she came to ITV with her vision, to do some necessary cleaning here. I think that the price about £2 is a absolutely minimum. Of course I have the right to be wrong. But I placed a bet of around £260k that I'm right. So I think I know exactly what I'm playing for and why.
All the best fo
