I agree totally Eric, and to a degree with lbjj... Had he not ‘invested’ £750k in total, in acquiring a significant stake in Vardar, then he would have had the cash to pursue the matter legally. That said, does he know something that we do not, and is essentially keeping his powder dry? This state of affairs is very unsatisfactory.

Those are the breaks when you’re the man in charge. The point is, the RNS to which Budge refers, makes no mention of the government having given and ‘indication’ in reference to summer. If it had included that word in phrase, then it might have been viewed differently. So it was careless phraseology after all. However, he redeemed himself and offered clarity in his last update. He’s addressed legal action etc. The wait continues

It was Edward that posted 3-70p in a day. I knew he was incorrect, but only on the timescale. And I invested in the belief that we would be a production company... As that was the pitch in 2010. The date for production? 2018! It's Kallak or bust in my opinion.

I agree ed44, it will rocket, but when that day arrives, we need a steady newflow from Budge outlining future actions.

And to reiterate to those attaching importance to this week... These are the only words that truly matter:

Suzy2, there is simply no value or interest attached to Kosovo or Finland at this stage - Regardless of how 'interesting' or 'exciting' Budge and Posters on here might think the projects are. They are years away from production, and dare I say it, further so than even Kallak. In the event of a sale (Presumably JIMAB as that is the Swedish subsiduary that actually owns the licence for Kallak,), then BEM would have other projects to pursue. But then we already have other licences in Sweden, so it's not as though we are short of projects is it.

We can dissect it all we want... but we still do not have a decision, or any indication as to when one might be made.

If it was imminent, why go to the trouble of issuing an RNS? It’s simply giving clarity to a date related issue that he caused by referencing summer.
