A lawyer is no different to a joiner or plumber... you go to a specialist, state your case and take it from there. Just as you would get several quotes for building work. Waiting hasn’t provided an answer either. We simply cannot keep waiting indefinitely... it’s not a question of impatience... some have serious money invested here...

Costs vary... and timeframe? How long is a piece of string? The point is that we have been patient for 6-years, 2-months and counting. And where has that course of action got us? Nowhere... As for the SP Suzy2, it’s appalling. Finland and Kosovo clearly do not ignite the interest of investors. And as for investors being viewed as ‘chancers’ by the government? Really? It might not be their job to protect shareholder interests, but it certainly is one of Budges primary responsibilities. It’s called ‘delivery... And he has failed to do so to date.

And are Budge and his team still actually working day to day on Kallak? (Data, planning application etc -.In the event of a yes) And I don’t mean flying over to Sweden, eating a smorgasbord and sweet talking the locals.

2019 is rapidly running away from us... another year lost to investors, along with shareholder value. Budge joined in 2014 (As I recall), £150k per year, so at least a package to the value of £600k so far. It’s time he delivered. And for those that think he’s done sterling work, please explain what he has delivered to date? Keeping the company afloat with fund raising at significant discount to the existing SP, essentially a nice carrot for his city chums, is no achievement. And for those that disagree, are you prepared to wait indefinitely?

Not sittings... each parliamentary session (ie between holidays etc). There is no date for the summer 2019 recess that I can find on the official website. So they could be off on their holidays at any point it would seem.

Have a look at netfonds... I’ve never seen so few buys on the book. Only 290k v 1.1m on the sell... albeit some at a significantly higher price. It tells it’s own story.

I’m under no illusions... we are a small company with limited funds. And yes, Budge has overall done an excellent job raising funds with minimal dilution - but that does not mean we shouldn’t criticise where appropriate. I don’t agree with Vardar for example - That said, should/when Kallak comes good, it could be sold, and we would have other assets to progress. In respect of plan B, governments get taken to court all of the time. It’s very common and they frequently load their case. Courts won’t embarrass a government, but they can impose timeframes etc and ensure an adherence to the law. At what point is enough?
