The Kallak licence isn’t ours in perpetuity. Budge went to court last year I believe, to argue the case for a renewal of a licence on which we had not been active due in part to awaiting the Kallak outcome. The MI did not want to renew the licence on the basis of inactivity. The court agreed in our favour. Licences have to be renewed and paid for, so if the worst were to happen funding wise, the licence would simply be relinquished. It’s only worth the fees payable to the MI as it stands I’m afraid. The exploitation licence is a totally different matter. So yes, in our absence, an exploitation licence could be granted to s a mother operator assuming they had met all legal criteria. Whatever that might be? Lol
