If Budge is so confident in the prospects for Vardar Minerals, which is a UK Limited company, why not float it on AIM? That way, it would be self-funding and BEM would retain its/our stake and any future success. Just a thought...

I’m well versed in the facts... I’ve been invested in this for 10-years, and I’m well aware of CSP’s failings. Have I not mentioned Agricola already today? I’ve also drawn comparisons between that investment, and Budges investment in Vardar. And yes, as I have acknowledged previously, Budge is professional, and runs a tight ship. That is not to say that I’m happy with the situation, and as an investor, we should be critical friends - Not clapping seals. It’s our money that is being played with...

With respect aug59, the mere mention that BEM were considering legal action from Budge resulted in an immediate response from Baylan finally acknowledging his letter from November 2019. No coincidence...

And as for time - We have no point of reference, beyond the fact that our application is nearly 7-years old. The fact that Kallak is huge was not unknown prior to our involvement. The SGU discovered Kallak in the 1950's... We didn't.

The minute the SP shows the slightest sign of recovery, Budge in is wisdom, puts a dampener on it. Wait for the rights issue... We’ve got to pay his salary don’t forget...

And right on cue... more funds ‘invested’ in a company in which we are the sole investor. We are propping-up Vadar... No doubt followed by another rights issue at a ridiculously low price. Who pays? Investors in BEM. What return have we had in 20-years? Sweat FA
