And there in a nutshell, we have the million dollar question. The MI willingly issues exploration licences, the SGU complete exploratory work which underpins the exploration licences issued by the MI. All whilst happily taking fees from companies who invest on the assumption, that should they prove an economic resource, the company would be issued an exploitation licence. - Subject of course to all of the necessary environmental and financial requirements being met. You would think it would be straightforward?
