RE: Update Please21 Jul 2020 10:26
For a country that took a very hands-off approach to Covid-19, and still continues to do so, unlike many other European countries, it's unclear as to why our drilling program should be postponed? (Packed bars, restaurants and other public spaces are not an issue, but working in isolated area's in small groups is apparently)
Kurt Budge continues to be upbeat, and having spoken to him, remains positive about Kallak - However, at what point is enough? Where do BEM draw the line? He has repeatedly stated that we are not in the business of taking Government to court, but what other means do BEM have available to enforce the law?
The KU investigation does not directly impact on our existing application (Confirmed by KB), and it's delay should not directly impact on the decision-making process in respect of Kallak (Though being Sweden, who knows?)
The fact is, there is no news on the horizion that will positively impact the SP. Where do we go from here?
