@Josh can forget the charts mate. A deal is coming who cares about charts when we are so undervalued and with a deal it will rocket through any of these small chart levels.

TIme to hit £s I say.

Worth remembering last year got to about 70p even before results for 201. Now we got results and a deal coming with likely milestones attached for 100s millions. Our market cap only 19 million and we should have even more deals coming.

I am thinking can we hit 70-100p before a deal even. May seem high to some but how many would have thought we would get to 70 odd last year before 201 results. It's all about a deal which is far more important than the results. After a deal well £1 plus,£2 who knows.

19 Million market cap Adam. Not selling nothing for a long time. This is serious buy price but fully loaded.

Here are my notes.

Current market cap only 19 million. This is very, very low for a drug company with clinical assets.

1) Confirmed VAL 201 deal on track to be announced shortly. Upfront payments, massive milestones and royalties.
2) Focus now on VAL 401 to get a deal here soon. Again expect a decent deal here after 201 deal.
3) Val 301 with Japanese for the last 17 months. Inbound queries from many other pharmaceuticals as confirmed in the meeting as well. Deal highly likely here as well.
4) Cash spend is amongst the best on AIM for a drugs company. Strategy to out license future drugs means no risk of large placing. Confirmed no placing planned for some considerable time. Should increase confidence.
5) Confirmed institutional investors are planned with Cenkos on board who will be supporting with this. We only have 65 million shares as well.
6) Lots of projects to be taken that will require low funding to be sold on at pre clinical stage for many millions if they show promise.
7) PYC work is almost complete and would likely have increased the value of our drugs significantly. Also potential findings for other treatments like other cancers or Sepsis.
8) PYC to get 6% of any deal. Cenkos 6% warrants from next year so will want share price to do well. Both on board as strong support.
9)It appears a deal will be with a large pharma and will be the first here after decades. This should increase confidence massively.
10) LIkely 201 will get to market based on lack of side effects, science and success rate so far. Therefore likely to be worth billions.

We have a great CEO and board that care about the shareholders. No doubt big news will come shortly and the world will be jumping in. Fair price SP 60-70p before any hint of a deal then once announced hopefully should smash the £1, £1.50 pound mark and push on from here. I can see Val being many £s in the next year or two with a very large market cap.

Keep those shares because this will very likely be once in a lifetime investment. The only way is up from this market cap.

A year of believing, waiting and seeing plenty of red but the great journey starts now.

I watched it again and they made it clear they are comfortable with the stage of negotiations for Val 201 and are now working on 401.

Also stated that they are very confident of a deal before end of year. They seem confident so therefore looks like news should be coming during October as it looks like everything is done for 201.

Maybe you dream of getting in cheaper. I for one was very impressed like almost everyone here which is reflected in the SP. Maybe majestic skills that make you better at presenting.

Bottom line we can all be confident of a deal. I will watch again now but I just have a sneaky feeling it will be a huge deal with a large pharma like AZ.

Deal will be amazing. Imagine Val 201 will be worth billions in a few years and it should get to market. Big name to take this baby home.

Also deals are being lines up for 301 and 401. I always said we could mirror SAR and I sure believe it.

I am simply not selling nothing at all. Deal will come and it will be big with a big name. That will rocket this. Lots more after as well with potential second and third deal.

Patience massive upside here to enjoy for us all.

Looking forward to the day the deal announced the world will be buying us. I think it will be a massive deal with very large pharma that will rock this market based on body language. At this market cap people will buy heavy.

236p very much on the cards soon. Even second and third deal looks likely.

We have been stuck at 20 p range for 1 year now which is a very low market cap for what we have. We appreciate that you cannot give price sensitive information but I hope you are able to give more information regarding 201 and 301 and deals.

I see no problem with disclosing number of parties that you are in discussion with or whether you are in serious negotiations with one or whether you expect a deal can be done this year.

I hope you will reward long term shareholders and hard workers like Porky. Would be good to give ABC a kick up the backside by increasing confidence and not allowing him to buy back at 20p. Time to finally step up....

Hopefully last time in the 20s. Lots of new investors coming along tomorrow to the meeting.

If the board produce the goods expect some nice buying after the event.

I don't consider Pork's posts as ramps because we have been very undervalued for over a year now. We were mainly stuck at 19-22p range for most of the year with no real help from the board. The price was also held up by long term investors buying more shares.

Until we reach a level which fairly reflects the assets that we have then I think we should continue to be positive and appreciate positive posts from Porky and others that are aimed more at new investors. We need interest to get us moving to a decent level.

Suzy and the board have done little to nothing so far to add value to the share price but I believe that will change soon with a deal or two and I am sure they have been working hard in the background. If anything I would say the lack of positivity and detail in the RNS for the 201 results was the main reason for the slump and led most to sell.

We should have lots of potential investors watching this event. I think the success of this meeting will depend on whether they decide to invest following the event. If they do we should see a nice steady increase in SP following the event.

Important that everyone contributes. It is a great opportunity to understand the business and the potential we have here. Get family, friends and others from others from groups like Twitter, Telegram or Facebook to join. Most do not know about Val. They can decide whether they feel that company is undervalued.

We have been waiting a long time for news on 201 and 301. Last time Suzy stated she was in discussions with a large number of potential partners but was not sure if some were serious. It has been about 5 months now so would be good to know how that is progressing. She should be more sure this time.

Lots of news to come this year and at such a bargain price I hope as much people as possible come to watch bringing lots more people with them. Do invite everyone to the event.

@Bluecity- I have explained in my last post. Depending on the cash position. I do not think they can afford to leave it to the last minute as that can force Val into a placing or a poor deal. As a negotiation tool a deal would need to be secured at least a few months before cash runs out.

Also Val have mentioned that the main priority was to get a deal for 201 which has been ongoing since last year and the work by Physiomics for 201 has been done. I don't mean we will get a deal tomorrow and it could still happen in October or November but I think we are at a stage where a deal is coming fast and i think it will be very soon. Also Val 301 has been gone for 17 months that is a long time. That should be coming to a conclusion.

We are also due an update for all the work that Physiomics have been doing. I think any positive news the SP should do well given our current low market cap.

@Starbright- Suzy would know by now if she is going to get a deal or not. The work done by Physiomics for 201 was completed a few months back and they have been negotiating since last year. Kevin did state in December last year they will PICK the partner.

It does appear they do have sufficient interest in 201 and are in advanced discussions with the chosen partner although a deal can always fail at the final hurdle and that is the risk here IMO. The reason for issuing Cenkos with the the warrants as stated by Suzy was because brokers make most of the money through a placing and as one is not planned they have been given warrants which would also act as an incentive as well. One would not be planned as they are confident of securing a deal soon.

Also we have 301 as well. I think a deal is very close and will be transformational and will generate massive interest. It will be interesting to see what they have to say if no deal on Monday or Tuesday next week.
