RE: Investment by a HNWI22 Aug 2021 22:02
Posts are aimed mainly at new shareholders. We have been undervalued a long time now. Only way for Val to go up is by attracting new investors.
Fact remains that we are very undervalued for a reason and that is purely due to a lack of interest and knowledge of potential investors. Now we are on the verge of transformational deals that will likely change some of our lives, patients lives and will enable this company to grow.
Even in if all fails and we need a placing next year then I am sure all shareholders will be grateful if the share price was at least in the 50p range without a deal to avoid being burnt. Nothing more than where we should be or even higher without a deal. Higher share price means less dilution. I only give this a 10 % chance with 90 % of a deal soon with plenty to come after the deal. It is important to remember strategy for VAl is to out license the drugs therefore any placing is likely to be substantial.
Given we have 2 proven phase 2 clinical drugs that are likely to be on the verge of being sold or out licensed and VAL 301 that is being trialed for well over a year by the Japanese a market cap of only 15 million can easily grow multiples of this in the coming weeks/months. I anticipate a deal this week or in September for Val 201 given that it is a priority for Val to get a deal for 201 asap and that the work by Physiomics was finished about 3 months ago.
Buy low and sell high. Best way to invest and it has always done well for me so far and a cracking opportunity here. 3 possible deals soon, New drugs to be added into the pipeline, possible attractive milestone payments and big update regarding all the work that Physiomics have been doing over the last 6 months including possible treatment for Sepsis and Covid-19 all to come.
Therefore I agree with Porky on this one that a market cap similar to SAR is very possible in the coming months if one remains patient and does not exit looking for a few pennies profit. Price target 200p-320p very possible.
BTW if people buy at over inflated prices without research and jump in that is not really our problem. What needs to be understood is that we are currently undervalued with or without a deal .
