What is the downside? Very limited but upside is huge. Appears people don't really do any research before investing.

This is a clear buy zone and news should not be far away. Not a great time and price to sell.

Rahel buy low and sell high. It all looks amazing when it is high and crap when it is low.

Do the opposite to what you normally do and you may get rewarded. You will need patience though. Suzy is working on how to get this flat line flatter and she has hired a special broker to keep us stable for the time being.

It will go up when news arrives provided they can learn how to write a positive and detailed RNS for a change. Maybe this broker will help them more this time.

12 Million market cap you would have to ask how much lower can this really get.

Our process for selecting a broker has been going on from some months, as have our out-licencing
activities. Cenkos are aware that we do not intend to raise funds for working capital and will focus more
on supporting the evolution of our longer-term strategy. We will benefit from their connections with
institutional investors that support growth investment, not simply underlying operational costs.

I would have to disagree Porky. How can they raise below 22p because that would be a big dilution which would not be in the best interest of Cenkos or shareholders. At the moment I think we will get a deal as it is clear Val have no intention to fundraise at the moment so will be getting the cash from somewhere. Once we get a deal we will have milestones and future payments due which will be almost definitely be huge and would attract future investors.

Further down the line when the market cap and share price is very high then it is possible to raise funds if necessary at a higher price therefore less dilution which would benefit Cenkos. We can bring in investors at any stage during that time and funding may be necessary at some stage at a much higher price but nothing to worry about for a long time.

It needs to be understood Cenkos will make about 4 million for every pound. They do not want a massive dilution.

Regardless at this level it is a buy. The rest we shall see but I remain more confident of a deal soon but not so confident it will be amazing but relative to our market cap anything including apples and oranges should see a multi bagger.

I will keep a fair amount long term if some decent cash is given as part of the deal as I think Cenkos will be the driving force behind a great rise.

Cenkos have no interest in diluting us just to bring in large investors. We need to remember they are effectively shareholders like us all and they will want and need the share price to grow as much as possible.

The less shares in issue the faster the rise will be. If they dilute then it will impact the returns they will get whenever they cash out. £4 million for every pound therefore they will be looking for maximum returns and the less shares on the market the better for them. Key is a deal and cash but if not I suspect dilution will not be significant.

No plans for placing therefore deal expected soon.

Very positive that a deal for 201 should land soon.

Maybe the strategy is to increase share price and market cap over the next year or two like SAR then bring in funding for either 401 or 301 once the market cap and share price is high say 100-200 million. This broker can bring in confidence and keep the price high. Simple strategy which may work.

She made it clear she does not want to do a placing right now unless she has to and that this deal was done to give the broker a chance to make money instead of making it through a placing now.

To me they have a deal but it needs to be confirmed but if it fails then obviously a placing could be on the cards early next year but a deal is very likely for 201 soon but can never be guaranteed until it is done. Very clear.

I would be interested to know if Suzy has any knowledge of any stocks in the AIM market. The way this market runs you can value anything at 100 million pounds plus without any idea of production, how good any product is or revenue.

We have some proven cancer treatments that have been going on forever that could be worth billions. This market values products almost to the full potential before they even get to the market. I see no reason of holding back and it is a massive failure that we are still at 20p with a nothing market cap. They need to stop being so cautious forever otherwise what is the point of investing.

Ramp it up Suzy to where we should be. Great scientist but come on.

I tend to find in this market the best way to be very successful is to ride with the big boys that have an influence like corrupt directors and companies that have an influence.

Don't think for a second that the broker was looking at 22p as the price target in one year. They would be looking at £1, £2 or even 236p or more. Not a chance of 22p therefore potential is huge and deals must be lined up with lots more otherwise they would never and agree and they are not stupid.

She was actively looking to bring in new projects a few weeks back therefore not so sure a buyout of the company unless it has changed since then. It would make sense financially though therefore could be possible.

She did say the drugs are being out licensed in that interview as well so a bit confusing.

Because I have been thinking. It don't make sense to give them that deal if they have a placing lined up early next year.

Therefore not only should we get a deal soon we have them on board to help us out and improve the share price. But will see what Suzy has to say but looks great. I have decided to ignore the 6% for now provided Suzy assures us they will get things done to improve the share price this year. They will want £s not 22p return you can bet your pants on that.

I expect price to rise after Q and A. Deal is still on the cards with a good broker on board who is going to earn his corn no doubt.

Expect either a deal or some very large investors coming in in the coming weeks.

In this market almost any product can be worth 100 million plus. Look at RMS and where they went given all the problems they had with production. 201 deal will be real and valuable.

What lies after 201 we don't know. Hopefully we will get all 3 deals but 301 and 401 may not be a given like 201. Therefore broker may not have guaranteed upside after 201 deal therefore risky for them. I think momentum will continue after 1 deal though as it will change everything.

201 is likely to be where the deal will come. If you set them a target after 201 deal then they may never reach it for a long time so they will be working for free. 301 or 401 might not happen anytime soon. It could spike to 100p plus then back down so the broker would not make money if they enter after the deal if no placing planned.

It would be very risky for them therefore it would make sense if they enter before. Just that it is very generous in my opinion and 2 million would have been a good deal for them. The more they make from 22 p the more we make but not sure I like the 1 year waiting business.

Did Suzy not say in her response the entire point of this deal was because the broker makes makes most of the money through a placing. Therefore with this deal and no placing planned then it gives them an incentive. How can they make money through this deal if we have a placing early next year as well.

Looks like they will get the 201 deal but it may not be until later this year. Maybe they will add value by bring in new investors. I can only hope that this happens very soon and not when it suits them like in 1 years time.

Everyone is just speculating today. Situation will always change so why is everyone talking about exit price. Will just wait for the Q and A. I think the board are simply very cautious of real updates which is causing all these issues and also a low share price.

Best not jump to negative conclusions. Let them do the Q and A first and hopefully they will get one out urgently.

I like Adam's question the best regarding future dilutions if institutions jump in. That is a make or break question for me. If they dilute at a low share price to get them in that would be very bad for us but if broker gets big buyers in then with current shares in issue then share price will rocket even before a deal.

Had we been 17p or 18p it would have been worse. Doh.

We are not suffering timings have not changed. Everything to look forward to here.
