Here are my notes for newbies. As always do your own research as well.

Current market cap only 26 million. This is very, very low for a drug company with several clinical assets.

1) Confirmed VAL 201 deal on track to be announced shortly. Upfront payments, massive milestones and royalties. Appears company will be a very large pharmaceutical which will also bring huge confidence.
2) Focus now on VAL 401 to get a deal here soon. Again expect a decent deal here after 201 deal.
3) Val 301 with Japanese for the last 17 months. Inbound queries from many other pharmaceuticals as confirmed in the meeting a few weeks ago. Deal highly likely here as well.
4) Cash spend is amongst the best on AIM for a drugs company. Strategy to out license future drugs means no risk of large placing. Confirmed no placing planned for some considerable time. Should increase confidence.
5) Confirmed institutional investors are planned with Cenkos on board who will be supporting with this.
6) Lots of projects to be taken that will require low funding to be sold on at pre clinical stage for many millions if they show promise.
7) PYC work is almost complete and would likely have increased the value of our drugs significantly. Also potential findings for other treatments like other cancers or Sepsis.
8) PYC to get 6% of any deal. Cenkos 6% warrants from next year so will want share price to do well. Both on board as strong support.
9) First deal is decades will bring huge confidence here. Key note we only have 65 million shares therefore potential to rise quickly.
10) LIkely 201 will get to market based on lack of side effects, science and success rate so far. Therefore likely to be worth billions.

We have a great CEO and board that cares about the shareholders. No doubt big news will come shortly and the world will be jumping in. Fair price after deal is likely to be £1-£2 pound mark depending on finances and push on from here. I can see Val being many £s in the next year or two with a very large market cap.

Keep those shares because this will very likely be a once in a lifetime investment. The only way is up from this market cap with very, very low risk from here. Remember we are very cheap at the moment at a 26 million market cap and a deal likely to be about to be announced very soon.

StrolllerB maybe in the future. For now the JV deal for 201 is done. Just needs to go through formalities and get signed which can take a while with a big company but it should be out shortly. Imagine the confidence that will bring when the big name is announced.

I sense and feel the confidence over the last few weeks including the latest tweet. Must a brilliant 201 deal and who knows how high our share price will go. Good luck...

Well everyone needs to listen to the podcast to decide. Just a simple case of comparing the current market cap to an average deal and deciding upside. Risk to reward ratio at current market cap of 26 million is probably close to zero risk over a set period provided we get a deal which is 99 % likely IMO or should be after the interview tomorrow.

I agree with Porky we should be roughly 70-80p before a hint of a deal let alone after a deal which should see us pass 100p easily. Therefore potential is huge and I expect Monday to be a brilliant day for the share price after the Sunday roast interview.

He probably sold out on the dip from 44p to 41p thinking it will go to 17p.

Price looks cheap at the moment. If it does not increase much in the last hour it will seem like a very big bargain come Monday for all the new investors following the Sunday lunch interview.

Val 201 deal imminent. SO PYC should go up but Val looks to be the big one getting 94% at a low market cap whereas PYC gets 6%.

It will be a win for both companies so good luck.

It's double FOMO day so expect a strong afternoon.

Due to interview RNS could land today after hours or Monday morning for a deal worth 100s millions or if not then soon. They did say during the recent interview it will be like an any other deal so a typical deal would involve upfront payment, milestone worth 100s millions and royalty fees.

We also have likely deals coming for 301 and 401 at some stage. 100 million market cap very possible soon. We are only 27 million with little to no downside after a deal from this point. Once deal arrives the sky is the limit with FOMO for 301 and 401 deals, increased confidence and interviews to come after a deal.

This is it I guess. FOMO Friday. 3 possibilities
1) News can drop 4.30 pm today just before the roast.
2) Sunday roast can bring in new interest come Monday and an increase in SP but RNS slightly later
3) Deal can arrive on Monday morning after Suzy has given her interview and maybe let it out during the interview before market opens for Monday

I hope we have a great Friday leading upto a huge deal. Worth remembering out market cap is only 25 million and we have 2 clinical drugs with Val 201 about to be licensed out to what is expected to be a giant pharmaceutical.

Worth keeping close eye tomorrow 4.30pm. In the past we have had a negative reaction to RNSs although we never had a deal before so if she releases the deal news 4.30 pm she will get a chance to expand on the RNS on Sunday before market opens on Monday. Alternatively the deal can come anytime soon or we could see a positive reaction to the interview on Monday.

We have decent chance to knock out 50p tomorrow given how low the market cap is. Bring it on...

40p being attacked today
50p to be attacked tomorrow before roast and possible super Monday
70p Monday after Sunday roast
100p plus after deal which is imminent

Sounds like fun. Long way to go at the moment and we are very cheap with a huge deal for Val 201 to come.

50p tomorrow would be fantastic and if Suzy gives a great interview and we get additional buyers on Monday hopefully move to 65p-70p which would be a fair price before a deal. Deal should be very close now so it is time to move up and up with real momentum.

Don't forget last year we went to 74p and that was before any hint of a deal. This time we will settle at a high price due to a great deal with a giant pharmaceutical.

Obelic what you talking about? 55p is based on the charts but we got a deal coming for 201. Therefore we will go way passed this level. Not sure what logic you are applying at this low market cap.

Tomorrow and Monday can be a magnificent day given Sunday roast is days away and a deal can drop anytime.

Maybe that is your perception if you have done little or no research. Bottom line we are significantly undervalued even before a hint of a deal let alone after a deal. No dump because with a deal worth 100s of millions a company can not be worth 12 million pounds or 18p with a big pharma on board and various payments due and other deals to come.

Call it pump and dump if we hit £3 or £4 after one deal. At the moment we are worthless and everything to gain here.

Great point Josh. A sustained rise is far better than a spike. Allows new buyers to come in at different levels and others to sell. That will help the market cap significantly rather than one big spike after a deal. I hope we can hit at least 50-60 p before a deal then increase from that point. So over to Suzy again for Sunday and a great opportunity.

Suzy has done all the talking in regards to 201 but would be good if she can give a few more hints. I am sure she will.

Even if she discusses new strategy it still needs funding and hints can be picked up. Money coming in from a big deal. Milestone payments likely later on to help with the growth of the business. For now we are so undervalued and I am sure all potential investors will catch on and buy this stock come Monday.

Val is heading to 55 p before news A1 waiting for 32p. Not going to happen only going up.

Hopefully get buyers as well before the roast and on Monday could have significant rise. Who knows she may let it all out on Sunday with a deal on Monday.

This was my interpretation at the time and still is. Back in June it seemed like they were negotiating and finalising terms of deal with chosen partner and waiting for this to be confirmed. All this has now been done. This is the reason why I reached my conclusion even before the meeting that a deal for 201 was all but done. Problem is most people do not read the Q and A.

For reasons of commercial sensitivity, we are unable to reveal the numbers of parties we are or have
been in discussions with, or the stage of those discussions. We acknowledge the public interest at this
point, and commit to ensuring that as soon as definitive news is available to announce, it will be done in
a timely and as transparent manner as possible, however we are also cautious of making announcements
at too early a stage before details such as timelines or financials can be definitively stated.

I also point to the Q and A few months back i think in June when it was clear they were waiting for financial details and timelines to be agreed with the chosen partner. Chosen partner was picked at least 3 months ago in my opinion based on Q and A but Val were doing some extra work as well with partner. Therefore it just now needs final approval as this has now been done including any work relating to 201. Therefore I stick to my 97%.

To me the deal is done for 201. Just needs to go through approval etc. I think it is highly likely close to 100% but things can always happen. Price has gone up over the last 18 months but also went down a massive amount.

Hopefully we can finally be valued fairly soon. 30-40 million before a deal is where we should be and 70-100 million plus after one decent deal. At the moment a great risk to reward stock.

Fair point. I don't see any downside at all over a set period of time if we get a deal and the probability of a deal for 201 should really be 97% at the moment unless it fails at the last minute and they do a U-turn but then we likely have a second and third party interested. Clearly people think differently hence the reason why we are only at 33p. Time will tell.
