Late move here. I'm not holding but that last RNS really was interesting. Now or never for Homesend to turn a profit.
Could Eqls swoop for their rival? CEO did hint about acquisitions....
Interesting to read that Homesend will "have time to look for third party funding".
What does that mean?! Surely Mastercard will just take it over. I assume their own debt facility has been drawn fully like wameja's.
Still running at a loss though. Thoughts?
Really interesting the Director buying again and again through two companies. Really catches the eye.
I get the impression that Jadestone is very undervalued! How vulnerable are they to a takeover approach?
First, has to pass the vote (it should) and then shares need to hit the market. Might as well wait until then.
No one notice the Friday RNS? As posted below, yes they needed a placing but looks a smart move to pick up AIM as a result. Growth should be accelerated.
Good news for holders, the market minnows column has tipped you!
Interesting quote from the analyst at the end of this.

Why is there is a massive one at 4.35 every day also? Shouldn't there be a new holdings RNS (if it is a switch from one client to another)
Why are there so many?

Weird there has been no update since August. Any big sells this AM?
We need a 6 (hopefully 7) figure deal. BOD heavily invested (also options at 2p). Much easier to hold now then buy later when the big news drops. Any deals coming from the summit will take a few months to come through (IMO)
It sounds weird to say/ask but with Glencore's presence, will that put off other majors with a takeover bid?
Hi, (you might answered this already) but why are you so convinced a commercial deal is coming before FDA approval?
If Mokopane comes on board (some years away) won't that accelerate the decrease in price therefore maybe $40 is quite realistic. (I'm working on the very basic notion that an increase in supply leads to a drop in price).
Hello, using #lvcg on twitter someone has posted that you can get 47% off Bricklive Lego.
Now, i know some food critics say a soft opening with money off is sensible. However 2 for 1 deals on this chains are typical of what they offer (and look at all those chains that have gone to the wall recently).
Should we be worried about this lego ticket deal? Red herring? (I admit a lot of exhibitions give money off such as ideal home etc etc..) Any thoughts welcome!
SOCO International plc is pleased to announce that it has agreed to acquire Merlon Petroleum El Fayum Company for approximately US$215 million (the "Proposed Transaction"). Merlon is a privately owned oil and gas company with a 100% operated working interest in the onshore El Fayum concession in Egypt. The consideration will be satisfied through the payment of approximately US$136 million in cash and the issue of c.66 million new SOCO shares, representing 19.75% of SOCO's current issued share capital. SOCO will also arrange for the repayment of Merlon's net debt, which was approximately US$22 million as at 31 December 2017.
The outlook for the second half year period and full calendar year 2018 is contingent on (a) the market size, share and growth rate of Internet sports gambling in New Jersey; (b) the timing with which Pennsylvania's regulator the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board ("PGCB") permits the launch of Internet real money gambling for residents of the State of Pennsylvania; and (c) the speed with which efficient marketing of the Overseas Internet Casino is conducted in European regulated markets by GAN.
A few unknowns there. Also it might just be simple profit taking from the placing at 50p
