Would you advise buying 1st thing monday then?!
To answer my own Q I have actually done some research and found this
Andrew Hockey, CEO of IOG commented: “A successful Harvey appraisal well could nearly double the proven reserves in our SNS gas portfolio in the high case of 286 BCF, which the Board of IOG considers to be a reasonably likely outcome
I guess how reasonable then?
Hello, best case is doubling of reserves right? COS? What's most likely however in this boards view? Thanks
Easy one this and NOT one of those on twitter will address.
What are the contract numbers? 5 figures? 6? 7 figures.
A lot of chatter but know one knows how much money is coming in.
Is it me or will this firm not need to do a placing? Why is this share not rocketing? What have I missed?
I guess it's only a letter of Intent but the deal could be worth plenty!
NickDerby and faramog - Thank you for your considered answers
Hello, as this board is quite busy I may have missed it but about Sojitz.
As soon as the H1 results drop and confirm what everyone is saying then how much more would Bushveld have to pay for the last 15%? Don't know much about Sojitz but unless they are in distress, surely they can ask whatever they want?
Mark Shapland in the Evening standard has tipped this.
Makes a great point about ASOS - who crashed 50% to 1000p after growth of just 1% or so after investing elsewhere. Look at the price today! IF Eve reaches profitability in 2020 ( not that long really) what price then?
From RNS in June
Potential buyers then submitted non-binding proposals to Evercore for the Board's consideration which comprised expressions of interest for the Company as a whole as well as for parts of the Company.
As a result, the Board is now engaged in detailed discussions with certain parties about the sale of the Company (whether as a whole or in parts), with the aim of concluding this activity before 30 September 2018 as previously communicated in our announcement dated 15 March 2018.
Easy. Parts of the business may be sold. What happens then? I'm in but if they don't sell the whole business then what price are we looking at?
This share con, has made me look again here but can anyone tell me if Brown and Co get their share options divided by 20 also? What's the new target price for warrants to be triggered? Cheers.
I'm guessing we will have to wait until the 19th (results day!) to find out if Kirkstall got their money or not? And by not I mean -still ongoing!
As Draft and others on Twitter pointed out, there was a big positive feature on Cluff in the Mail. You might be right on the RNS - but not for the one most of us hope for. Previously they have obtained an extension and this is surely more likely to occur again as the new licenses handed out have given cluff more room to negotiate.
Cocono + Badeli - put those posts together and I can smell the potential of a takeover bid (sorry if that's rampy!) Surely NCCL can't hold on to 40%?!
From the RNS: The new authorised shares will provide a level of comfort to the Company should it need to raise additional funds for legal expenses or other matters in conjunction with its portfolio of investments, including its crypto-currency strategy. Fair to say CLP could be months from receiving millions then? I do note it says 'level of comfort' i.e covering all bases.
No wonder after reading that presentation! 'Inflection point' and 'watershed' mentioned in the final slide.
Hello, have I missed something? The crown timber license is due....
6 months to June 2017 1 million revenue but loss of 185,000 I wondered why they did the placing. On admission they had debts and were left with only 600K.
Market minnows column today. Interesting finish about the money left in the bank - 300K +. is this enough to avoid a placing to scale up the business?
20p!!! Heaven help anyone who bought above this. Even more interesting is "10.3 million would represent a considerable premium to the sum of current net cash on the balance sheet of the Company and the proceeds of both the Placing and Open Offer."
