Not sure I'd even buy this at 12p now.

I'd take that Bummer Hill update with a pinch of salt. Yanfolila was $695 back in the day. This company is being milked by BD and Co. Nobody is looking to make you guys any money.

It's not exactly clear is it and it never has been. We do know that there has been no pay back via dividends or share price increase in 5 years, or for that matter ever in HUMs history. We also know that Mali and Guinea are increasingly unstable. None of the directors are interested in buying shares. Gold is likely to be vulnerable going into a taper cycle. There could be reward here, but the risk is huge and past performance is far from inspiring.

It's so interesting how people behave on these forums. I've been guilty of it myself in the past. Just goes to show how much investing is about psychology. Maybe there is something in that 'technical analysis' after all. I would say good luck, but I wouldn't mean it. Let's just say thanks for creating a market.

Those drill results look terrible to me. Deep, low grade for UG and short intervals. I can't understand why it is up on that.

There is a difference between criticism and rudeness. By your own admission you passed judgement before conducting research. I merely said it presents the potential to be detrimental across the HUM portfolio, which is unequivocally true. The likelihood at the moment is low, but the potential impact is high. The mortality rate of Ebola is upto 80% verses sub 1% for Covid-19. Ebola has been around for some time and the trend is for outbreaks to get bigger. It has been successfully controlled in the past, but containment protocols present logistical challenges. Recent developments present a real increase in risk. Personally, as an investors strive to identify risks before/as they materialise and adjust my portfolio/price targets to proactively manage the percieved risk to reward ratio. If you wait for things to become a problem before acting, as you seem to advocate, you lose first mover advantage and this will be reflected in your returns. As I said, it takes different opinions to make a market. Good luck to you.

Don't say I didn't warn you. Different opinions is what makes a market. Dismissing relevant news as scaremongering drivel is just plain rude. Although, due to fat thumbsitus perhaps somewhat justified.

Plus, as we've seen with Covid and Influenza, viruses mutate to circumvent vaccine efficacy. To say the least, it isn't helpful and has the potential to affeft all jurisdictions HUM operates in when supply chains arte already stretched. Additional risk, I'd expect additional discount.

Jesus, truly awful. I remember when AISC of $695 was promised. Then I remember when the first exploration program was going to take mine life well into the teens. The currently reality is hoping for AISC of $1350 and desperately spending money to increase mine life. Of course you will find more gold if you spend more on exploration. If you spend millions of the exploration and the AISC of mining is $2000, what's the point? He is literally going to drain every penny of value from this isn't he. I can't see how the next project will be any different. It's even smaller, so it will be worse if anything! It just starts look more and more like a punt on Dugbe, which is low grade and high cost. I'd hate to see Dan's definition of high cost. My price target just got a whole lot lower. Such a shame.

I doubt I'll be back in before they announce the terms of the next financing.

This really is a high risk, high reward punt.

Mali instability, gold price, High AISC, lack of transparency, Mali weather apparently, higher spending on exploration, possible dilution to fund new build, depleted Yanfolila resource, crazy bunker Hill investment, corrupt family members, unqualified Ceo, no return to investors in years.

On the other side. Debt free, multi jurisdiction, multi asset, Relatively high grade deposits, Bunker-Cora-Dugbe investments, potential to generate large amounts of cash from Yanfolila, possible debt only finance of next project, experienced operational team, long term gold price due to fiat currency depreciation, desire to grow.

I could see this both being worth many multiples of current valuation in a few years, or bust, and potentially anywhere between the two.

I've been in and out of this for years. Currently j am out, but always watching. There is a price where you can justify the risk vs reward. Are we there yet? Not for me personally, but we are close!

Someone mentioned stripping as at least a partial cause of the higher AISC outlook. Also, the new pits are slightly further from the plant, so trucking distance is increased. This doesn't look too significant for the moment, but the pits further out in the mine plan are quite a bit further out. Bottom line, I'd expect further pressure on AISC going forward.
