If they had raised that much cash, P2 will easily be funded, have another think about how much a successful phase2 for AVA6k would be worth (see Prometheus), then also consider progress in the pipeline during that time. I’d be happy with them raising half a billion on Nasdaq if they remained independent - the progress and resulting mcap would be far far beyond a value of 2bn.
