The market is as thick as mince, the trial progressing was never news. Obviously our resident fudsters had a field day with post after post about the uncertainty of not hearing anything for a month or two. Alan has said it, if they go quiet, they’re cracking on, so put your big boys pants on and ignore the noise.

Timster, Alan is confident they’ll reach MTD and if they don’t then they have that other thing he mentioned. Phase 1b is nailed on, they won’t escalate to DE74, which I’m personally disappointed by.

The govt screwing U.K. companies during covid has absolutely nothing to do with a clinical oncology trial and there are no parallels to be drawn at all. Simple as that.

If it works, they'll buy them - nothing sinister there, what they do afterwards might be. However, it expands the market (greater range of ages, further doses for longer) so big pharma will see incredible value in snapping them up and fattening up the cash cow rather than culling it, especially given they're developing AVA versions of drugs that are off patent.
