Let’s go wild as assume that funding discussions need a 1 year lead time. That’s how long WaffAl was chatting to Sequoia Carpets. They’ve been monitoring their cash and mentioning funding for well over 6 months as they intend on keeping AVA6k in house. They have cash that will last beyond the middle of next year so there’s still plenty time. Nothing suggests they need cash now, that’s the basher argument and it falls flat on its backside for that reason. It’s also the same bash they’ve been at for months and the interims showed it up as nonsense. They’ve no reason to finalise funding until phase 1a is in the bag and they’ll already know the results anyway. So they’re in a fantastic position of knowing what they’re sat on, cash in the bank and then sitting back and seeing what interest there is for licensing, all whilst existing deals bring in milestone payments

The sealion only deserves mockery as he’s proven how useless he is. Why on earth he would ever dream that anyone is interested in the terrible advice/opinion of an exceptionally boring failed gambler I’ve no idea. He’s despised by everyone on every bulletin board (apart from DG obviously) but continues to linger like a rancid fart in a lift. Genuinely sad behaviour.

I think 3 will happen and it’s the exit strategy, but if by some miracle they manage to stay independent and a licence deal gets AVA6k to market I’d be delighted - there’s a pipeline of candidates in the queue. Why accept a takeover at £20 if you could get to the actual value of £200 exc chin-ah?
