If we hear details that the CoS is greatly improved due to the data then the broker valuation will significantly increase. If they retain 100% then the commercials greatly improve. Whether the market closes that gap or not, the intrinsic value in the business will be closer to being unlocked as news is released. Any gap in the meanwhile can be taken advantage of as you wish and according to your own risk aversity. Simple as that.
