Yeah, @fitzy, the trading yesterday and tbh for the last few weeks has been hotting up.

The number of “unknown” trades flummoxes me. I understand from previous discussions on the matter that it selects “buy”, “sell” or “unknown” based on where the trade sits in the spread…

But that is clearly BS as there is an “unknown” trade at 18.5 which is the daily high, and therefore HAD to be a buy.

AIM and LSE shenanigans of the highest order, when all I want is accurate reporting to be able to make decisions. And this stuff gives me zero confidence.

I HAVE got confidence, however that in the next 11 trading days, this is going to be a violent, but ascending rise.

@deck, you are right at 250m shares and that should now be set to the end of arbitration as with the recent raise we are fully funded.

This tranche as @ejt is pointing out as being admitted to trading yesterday is part of your total.

Looks about right on the numbers although I’m flummoxed as to why anybody would sell 250k at 13.45p less than 4 weeks before SoC comes out until they maybe had an urgent cash call….

Yes @ejt… it’s that whopper at 11.01 showing as a delayed trade at 13.75 that dragged it down… do you think that’s all of them accounted for?

Don’t disagree with any of those suggestions, and although I think personally that’s a bit lowball, I wouldn’t be grumbling if that was indeed the case.

I’d like so see our market cap go above 500m however long the different pieces of string required to get there…

@invwell if you had enough fuel for one journey would you go back to the 4p days or forward to the 4 quid days of the future?

(Obs making up the 4 quid…mwahahaha…. But the 4p days were not long ago!)

They are syaing that with the gold price the value of Bhukia is going through the roof... The fact VSA are saying this suggests that we can use the spot rate in our SOC...

The Company now advises that the initial tribunal hearing has been held. Amongst other matters, the hearing considered the procedural timetable inclusive of submissions and hearing(s) and the legal place or seat of the arbitration together with the physical location for in-person hearings.

Your ‘Years’ for the result of arbitration is a set timetable and can’t be kicked down the road (unless both parties agree probably)….

I personally think it’s 18 months max for a result.

I’m happy to wait a bit longer….

Sincerely hope the delay in Soc from an initial December is because they are waiting for the POG to make it a no brainier to hurry up!

If I was GOI I would want that thing producing asap…..just sayin’.

I wouldn’t nail my colours to a $1bn max claim…. I think it will be significantly more than that if, as we expect, we use the revised resource estimate of 7.2moz…. And the current gold price could give us a heady tailwind depending on the POG we are allowed to use.

Supposed to be the figure at the point of expropriation, but I would hope they use this rule just for the resource estimate but can use todays POG on that…
