Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Inclined to agree, Prof. The funding situation is defintely known about now one way or the other. I can't see them waiting until COP on the 11th to sign an agreement.
That the Govt defense strongly objected to this extension at the last hearing date, I suspect those conversations are likely happening between the parties right now.
Well... at least thats what I hope based on the available info... But thats the game isn't it?

Machiismo, that’s unnecessary.
But if you’re gonna sling the petty mud, then make sure your sentence is without mistake…
“There are too many people that can't spell on this board are giving me the fear.”. You may wish to insert ‘who’, ‘that’ or ‘which is’ (removing the ‘are’) before ‘are’.
For me, as soon as the mudslingers arrive it on a board that has not seen its share price rise significantly yet, then that gives me confidence.
If you want to sling mud then head over to the syme / arb / eua boards… they’d welcome you.
Have a great day, all. PK.
Saxon, I fully agree.
For many a moon I was totally against filtering, but the amount of incessant garbage on here of late I have, and have to report that it is total heaven! Everyone should try it!
I've spared Wolfe, because he seems a decent chap underneath, and also once you've read Wolfe's posts you know what the lines of green have been on about... He offers a great service that way.
Also glad to see some names of old still around on here.. Still crossing fingers.

Fully respect your opinion joshshepss, but what do your maths suggest it’s worth if we get the license?
Eurasia went from 0.4p to 40p or so in a year when it hit a similar point on the lassonde curve, so why couldn’t panthera?
What do you think wouldn’t make this possible given the size of the resource and and the current sp?

Just a reminder that the Rajathstan Govt lawyers STRONGLY objected to our delay in the last hearing....
This delay was on our terms for the first time, and not theirs.
They timing of this is super interesting as I suspect they objected so PAT didn't have chance to confrim the funding which would push them down a road they don't want to travel. To give us a date of confirmation of DD (not for funding) the day after the next court hearing suggest to me they are trying to settle out of court.
If they do then we won't have to pay the funding fee, and it's job done.
If they don't I think it's all ready to go, and thats what they really don't want.

Does this work, deckchair? Hoping this tinpot site won’t delete half of it!
No, its arbitration funding, and i suspect the amount quoted has no intention to ever be used... its more we go to the next court hearing swinging a massive baseball bet.
If they back down then we simply pay the fee (which looks like it may be award linked to a degree (hence this latest delay in dd), and saunter off into the sunset with an extremely valuable prospecting license.
I think the shovels in the ground will be solely our JV partner whoever they turn out to be.
Then we do a raise at a vastly increased SP and then look for the next prospecting opportunity...
All in my humble opinion, of course.

Fair point, Edhellas.... every rns about it has been a 7 o'clocker so probs monday...!
Friday after hours would be a great deviation so the market (and me) has the weekend to let the news settle...
Either way... we will know soon..
Gla. PK
RNS says deadline is friday (but its already been pushed back twice!)...
We should have an update either way by COP on friday...
literally everything crossed... its a massive hurdle and if it falls into place then we are game on.

Eua 100 bagged in 14 months after their obstacles got removed from 0.45p to 40p… obviously those obstacles have now been replaced with something else.. so timing is everything!
But I share the view that once these court and permit stepping stones are behind us we will likely go beyond your 40p, Machiismo… fair play for topping up. Everything crossed for you.
I don’t think a couple of quid is beyond possibility, and it’s nice to dream of more every so often.
Roll on the next couple of weeks. Hope for a positive outcome for us all.

Hi Geng, Super interesting... Could you do a chart on the 5 year graph? There's defo a pattern starting to form on there in a positive way and we are certainly due another peak... I have literally no clue how you create these graphs or I'd do it myself!
Thx. PK
I'm assuming we are the petitioner here, Prof?
1.Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks adjournment in order to complete his instructions.
2.Learned AAG (advocate general for the province - i.e. govt appointment) makes a serious objection to the adjournment.
So basically The govt wanted to get it over and done with before PAT have legal funding. PAT lawyer pushed postponement to after the funding should be (Underline SHOULD) in the bag.
Does this mean that they're worried by us pursuing this and maybe are more inclined to settle before that court date? If so, well played MB.
