The deadline was dictated by the court. Not some arbitrary date made up in an interview.

Assuming the Soc went in today, being a material change to the company, and as such it need to be advised to the public via rns, then it’s perfectly acceptable to rns it on the next available opening of the exchange, which happens to be Monday.

Not sure what’s difficult to understand about that.

Worth noticing that before most major re-rates there is a significant price drop just beforehand… just looking here when we left the 8’s on 25th feb.. they dropped it to 6.5p the day before then that particular rise went into the 13’s…

Dude, whilst it would have been nice early, I wouldn’t get concerned until next Monday or Tuesday. The event timetable is distracted by the arbitration panel, and you’ll get an RNS on either Soc or why it’s delayed.. one way or t’other, you’ll be getting and RNS in the next 6 days…,
