It would be pretty easy to select one of two of these botflies and put their posting timeline into excel then plot that against SP.
I suspect you are absolutely right that, where your posts are constant and regular throughout, theirs will be heavily skewed to be on the down-sloping line and the troughs… Then post the links and prove their existence once and for all…

Mooching. Yes, that’s exactly what I think is happening given the evidence we’ve seen. Currently getting rid of my plus flanks will on a balance sheet until resources are shored up on the Rosgeo JV qualify for 75% of the business at the moment.
Then once that sells and we know how much it sells for, it’ll be easier to value the other JV pigs as they come on line, and the SP will align with that.
Selling MT and the flanks will indeed be a marker for rest, and I think there will be multiple divis over the next couple of years… maybe hoochy was right after all? :-)

I don't think it can be everything sold but the JV.
In the RNS on the 15th June They have activated the Nyud mine as a going concern. This looks to have an estimated 54.97mOz of PT equivalent (or c.40m0z at 75% ownership), which dwarfs the 2.2mOz JORC at MT.
Therefore to sell "substantially all" of the assets as per Q3 of the RNS, then Nyud MUST be included in the sale.
If it's not included in the sale then this would make AIM rule 15 redundant in this case as MT is now a minor asset percentage-wise, and certainly less than 75% of the business.

I think they will strategically activate at least another two or three assets in the JV and include them in any sale, and I think that's what it means when they say in Q2 of the RNS that "The work programme is being developed in relation to the Rosgeo Joint Venture". And then once these are confirmed our buyer's requirements will be met and the sale will proceed.

All in my opinion reading the most recent few RNS's. Either way, I'm absolutely comfortable that my currently red investment is going to make handsome returns in 2021.

If in the RNS the response to Q3 is still true, and AIM rule 15 would apply to any sale of more than 75% of the business, then the last RNS was to add NYUD to our portfolio, then that suggests that this is on the sale sheet too as keeping that would probably drop MT under the 75% of the business, and rule 15 would no longer be true.
I wonder if they are advancing and activating most/all of the JV mines before they sell and that's what the hold-up is? In which case it isn't just MT and is indeed likely everything except WK.
If that is the case then the divi could be very tasty indeed. So just added another 10,000 or so..... Kitchen sink is in here until month end, then the dishwasher is going in too.

I don’t see any negative in cementing this license. Nailing this down as a going concern adds to our value, with 100% ownership available to whoever buys “significantly all” of our assets (the 25% post JORC value payable by our buyer when they are ready to dig).
Does anybody have info on Nyud? Assuming it is a post Russian feasibility study mine, is there any info on what proportion of the 104moz is there? I assume there is a reason they’ve selected this one first.
Give over, naysayers, you’re exhausting. This is a positive RNS in my view and an important piece of the puzzle. If you don’t like it, there’s plenty of other investments out there for you to get behind.

Last paragraph is the aim rule 15 ‘could’ apply. I.e. they’ve flogged off more than 75% of their business.
