80% of that paid out as a divi is 36bn dollars. Or nearly £9 per share at .245 including the fx rate.
Whilst I know that is properly backofthefagpacket and will be jeered at, like for like with the Talon/Tesla deal, it’s basic maths and that’s what the numbers show.
Even a tenth of that, I’ll be happy, but I don’t know what I’m missing in those basic calcs (before any of the pgms or hydrogen play is valued)… I’m sure wolfy et al will tell me.

CAW, One of them posted just before you did....

in the RNS said eua v.2, not eua2. It’s a subtle but notable difference.
I read that as the company diversifying and morphing from within its current form rather than closing one and creating a new entity.
IMHO.

If the figures bandied around here for the sale of, say, mt plus flanks plus maybe POAZ are ballpark, then the remaining 20% of that would be 2+ billion quid. That’s not a bad war chest to start eua v.2…..
