I’m not sure with 20% retained after the sale of whatever we’re selling be it 5, 10 or 20bn dollars worth, that any dilution would be necessary if we are looking to start production of hydrogen in two years time ( was it 2024 or 25 I can’t recall).
It could be a fair chunk of cash to burn through before we need to dilute… assuming that it’s not a marriage of convenience that is. And pretty sure the reminder of our bod will have proven experience in maximising shareholder value by then, and the dross on here have run out of angles to belittle them.
To be honest, after the liquidity event, these shares are going into the bottom drawer until 2030 when I suspect they’ll be worth a lot more than they are either now, or at any point during the upcoming liquidity sale…. The hydrogen production venture will send this, dare I say it, sky high… second time this bod will have had first mover advantage this decade….
