Simpiles, at risk of being accused of stalking(!) I've been going through your posting history. I was interested through you being an ex employee. It's worth doing as an aside for any newbies as it provides an excellent insight into the benefits and reasoning behind the start and ongoing technical transition.

The reason why the COO and CTO haven't purchased shares yet could be something as simple as they see playing the stock market as a gamble and are unwilling to risk their savings in the market as a whole. Conservative savers, rather like the extremely cautious JO, judging by your replies to him :-)

Either way, this share always carries a constant sense of anticipation under AH, just what you want.

Terry, I totally get where you're coming from but rather like Corbyn handed the election to BJ, our recent blimmin' Conservative lot are as much responsible as Labour for the next 5 years through having put Labour in a position to do the damage that you now fear. I hope they get it right for the sake of the country.

I actually want Starmer / Reeves and co to succeed (if they can keep the Corbynistas in check) because, even as a traditional right-wing voter, I am so angry with Boris and all of the self centred, egotistical backbench bickering that went on throughout their tenure. They threw away a great opportunity to govern the country with integrity, humility and compassion. May and Sunak struck me as decent people but they never stood a chance. We need the current leadership to succeed - thus enabling the people of this country to be able to afford some shares in Capita (Just in case you thought I was going off track 😉)

The one that makes me laugh (not) - and I'll probably get slammed for saying it: Child Relief? Bottom line, yes I begrudgingly get the govt helping out if couples need it for two kids but if you can't afford more than that don't have them! I'm fed up with those on the Labour back benches telling us how the third child in many families is living below the poverty line because we only pay for two at present, and we should therefore hike it to three. The reason they're starving is because you brought them into the world beyond your family's means. Those families also won't be able to afford Capita shares, just in case anyone thinks I've gone totally off track :-))

Very wise of AH to acknowledge David Hook and Richard Holroyd who's extensive and admirable experience in the forces is invaluable in doing business with them. It is so important to be speaking their language when in the MoD corridors of power or out in the field with them. Civvies can struggle with that relationship on the credibility front - presenting a massive hurdle.

Seriously, Trisor, just filter them or provide the sort of answer that Trenners did at 9.03am - a classic turnaround which would have turned a previously negative post into a positive one for any passing newbies appearing on here and reading about us.

James, that's not a post, it's a blimmin' book - which I really cannot be bothered to read. I've made my investment and, as for Harman's, yes, their confidence is a part of my decision. No offence but you're starting to come across as an insecure whiner with a need to justify yourself. Best I filter you to save my future time. And, no, it's not because you're not offering me confirmation bias.
