The volumes are so small at the moment that if this was a proper sell off then we would be well below £3. Reality is every day this week the tree shake has occurred but the question will be whether they push the price later today back up or just wait until next monday when the quarter closes for fund pricing and performance purposes.

For long term holders it is not really an issue but for those sweating it e,xpect this to happen for a few days/weeks to come until whoever is mopping up all the small parcels has there fill!

Seems to indicate funding has been sorted. Just dont know what chunk of shares they will be given for funding for dilution of the current shares on issue which will happen.

Bamps thanks for your post and knowledge transfer - For me we are now in the transition from a penny trading stock to an investment stock but that will take a little bit of time as the toe dippers, shorters etc are sorted out once the larger players (hoping there is) start accumulating GGP stock for a longer term hold.

Spades everyone has a price but agree there will be clear out of traders etc and there will be some sell down and is already happening today as short term investors are selling out.

To move the shares into now Australian investor hands and rebalance the U.K. vs Oz share ownership of GGP the large Oz intros will buy on AIM and keep or sell on ASX which should see demand pressure in U.K. and potential price increase which is what many have speculated over the past few weeks. We are now in real time so let’s see the next few weeks

Well if that is the case Spades and there is that demand that has been discussed we should now see a large volume in the U.K. by Australian investors to move the stock into hands into that part of the world. Let’s see whether this week it happens!!

Very small volume on opening day to be honest with less than 4m shares traded on 670m shares in issue. The next 2-3 weeks will see whether the accumulation starts with larger players

I have been reading the corporate presentation and some RNS. Interested though if this ever did get to production what the bottom line is estimated to be and if there are any share price estimates based on the current shares on issue (obviously will dilute for the circa £93m of funding)?

Someone on the thread - i think jaguar mentioned a research note showing £7 a share. Can you please share where this was?

Can someone explain to me the late trades and why the closing price is showing £3.27 but the late trades were at £3.50 and £3.60?

I think that the company has not issued an RNS stating current effects to business if any like many other companies with a middle eastern business is not great PR and maybe why we are seeing the price free fall.

I thought it would be good news but the market does not appear to share the same enthusiasm!
