Some takeaways from the AGM:

- Continue to be listed on AIM BUT will review after a full financial year what is the best listing structure in London so obviously has been discussed in behind closed doors and watch this space in H2 2026

-Twin decline and 4.5mt is a dead cert in the DFS and will be delivered this quarter and no delay

- Stage 7 is a 2 year extension in the life of Telfer with Stage 2 a multiple of the stage 7 extension so these 2 areas alone without his comments on the extension work to main dome at another stage leads to at least 8 years without any underground works at all - Telfer is 10 years plus which we all assume but it was definitely insinuated today

-WDU - 2 rigs currently drilling and grades better than Haveiron and separate RNS most likely due to the size of it and best grades from telfer in 20 years

- He effectively let slip that they now have with 750m enough money to develop Haverion - " quote we are unlikely to need all that money" in reference to the 750m but also they will be using a combination of debt and cash with many inferences to this

- EPA on Haverion will be this FY

- Also got the impression that Haverion works well on the way

Element/Bamps - it feels like the WDU could be a multi million oz deposit from what you both have discussed in regards to size length and grade. I just hope the MRE in Q1 captures some of the WDU in the overall Telfer resource estimate.

Very interesting that Endeavour and Fresnillo both went up significantly more than GGP yesterday and are actually down also less than us today so a double whammy. As many people on here have written until we get the runs on the board with a few key milestones with this quarter being the DFS Haveiron, Q1 26 MRE Telfer and Q2 26 full year results and new guidance for the 2026/27 FY alongside further drilling results we are going to languish and be pulled where gold takes us! Each milestone that we do hit though will close the gap between us and other gold producers on the ASX and FTSE so am expecting that if gold holds well over the next 14 months we will re-rate quite quickly alongside each key milestone being hit AND consistency on quarterly output with a no surprise culture unless the surprise is to the upside!

The RNS this morning missed a perfect chance to state we are on track as per previous statements on production timeline BUT they did not!!

Do you actually still hold then as if you would not buy now why would you hold? Im a little confused as i do understand your remark about the uncertain future but that is what is driving the gold price and the current fundamentals even at a significantly lower gold price mean the current SP after confirmation of Telfer XX years of extra life should satisfy the markets and the re-rate to the peers potentially.

I did not hear the AGM today but was there anything stated that could have been interpreted as negative as todays action is completely illogical to peers and the gold price ???

JRDC me too and agree on the 3 points of information for the re-rating to our peers. What SP value would you then attach to a re-rating to peers?

Quite incredible today that we are flat and Endeavour up 9%, Hochschild 6.8%, Fresnillo 5%!! I understand the risk premium on GGP and Telfer but really no movement or interest !!

The training courses for the drivers was done a a specific Rio site many years ago now but saved circa 3m but am not sure whether that was tyres and fuel or just tyres only! Interesting how engineering firms can add value outside of just the build!

The tyres are around 12 feet in height and on the 400 tonne caterpillar around 40000usd per tyre
