James I agree that people may have sold up and moved on if they are moaning but they can voice or express concerns or even move there money to another goldie that looks good for a doubling in a shorter space of time than GGP eg MTL for instance - still kicking myself on selling out of fresnillo!!

It comes back to stabilising and hitting guidance on the current production target and that alone should help the 380m market cap move significantly north. Only a recent holder in this stock but like the potential.

This was what was last written about timelines from the company and the twitter feeds showed many things arriving and also being put together as such! Its December 1st today and they could be still doing installation. If no announcement by 15th december then i would start to wonder what is going on!

Tom i honestly would forget about Haveiron being the catalyst for any re-rate - it is good news dont get me wrong but it is years away and always was. The main catalyst is Telfer and how many years it can continue to produce. This is where you will get your £5-£6 in my opinion and with a guidance for 26/27 FY being 350k oz IF that is possible and if not 26/27 then should definitely be 27/28.

In the mean time what does the company do with the cash ? That for me is the multi billion aussi dollar question and the town hall may provide some answers in the private domain discussions!

What date do we find out if GGP included in GDX and if so does that mean they start buying or already own and will increase holding??

I think he was suggesting by end of 2027 could be a ten bagger.

Although he also suggested that 2026 was effectively the year it happens or effectively cut your losses. Is that what is perceived on here by holders?

BOJO they stated in the RNS 2.5 years to first production FROM the go ahead which is post all permits being ready. Even at 2.5 years this will not be the 269oz steady state production and that could take another 2 years to get to that. Hence in my messages today i am talking about what they will do with excess cashflow assuming Telfer keeps kicking out 300k0z+ per year.

Good news Bamps but cannot see the WDD being hundreds of millions to develop - maybe it will as underground but much of the infrastructure is in place already for the haulage out from MDD. Time will tell but be interesting if someone gets SD on his own at town hall to ask the question as his background is M&A with northern star as CFO so he is well versed in this area and capital raisings, borrowings etc to do this. Again to do this the markets and any lenders will want to know timeframes on Telfer so be interesting next 12 - 18 months potentially in this space as from what i have seen SD is a doer and has alot of drive and i do not think that Haveiron in 3.5 years time from now first gold production + Telfer as an ongoing mine will cut it for him! Just my opinion and the money will not sit in the bank as instos and PIs will be requesting it paid out OR invested as even if they spend 250m a year on capex without Haveiron capex spend we will still have well north of 2.5bn in cash by 2029 based on gold above 3500 USD!

Thanks Bamps as was not trying to be negative by my underwhelmed comment but the powerpoint did nothing for me at all! The detailed RNS did but then started me thinking about the strategy with cashflow over the next 3-4 years as we will NOT get 269ozs from Haveiron in the 2029 calendar year. Maybe 2030 but more likely 2031 so hence my message below on "the path" forward.

Therefore everything as i have stated on here several times is about Telfer and upgrade and how many more years. But we all know Telfer is looking food for another 5+ more years and maybe 10 more years - find that out in Q1!

What do you do with that cashflow is the question in the mean time as if gold prices were even to stay stable where they are for the next 2-3 years we will accumulate another 2bn+ in cash in our coffers and GGP will need to do something with it. Personally would like to see them buy another producer so we de-risk being a one trick pony or a one trick operating plant. Time will tell as i am sure those discussions are being had or have been had now for several months in GGP exec team!

Hi James, - you are correct i did say that as i looked at the powerpoint only on my phone in bed and did not see anything that i thought was out of the ordinary or what i did not expect to see to the upside. When i read the detailed RNS this morning i was more impressed with what i saw and read. For me personally the powerpoint presentation did not jump out at me and think WOW but the detailed RNS did especially the information on the tie ups which we already knew.

For instance did it state anywhere that we will run the 4.5mt pa and drive 269k oz per year and then add Telfer for 15mt a year and get another 300k oz per year. Now i know they cannot as MRE for Telfer not done so this is why for me underwhelmed but realise the potential. Hope that makes sense

Woke up grumpy this morning and a stonking head cold and looked at the grey weather and added a a few expletives to that!

When i read the detailed Haveiron plan it all looked very positive and conservative in nature and the SP in australia and to a lesser extent in the UK has supported the release of the information. Upon reflection this morning i am thinking that is realistically second half of 2029 any likelihood for production so what will help increase the SP between now and then outside of gold moving upwards.

Calendar year quarters

Q1 2026 - we release the MRE results and markets will have an indication of number of years Telfer has left

Q3 2026 - we hit guidance on 2025/26 FY and hopefully circa top end around 300k ozs and release guidance on 26/27 which i am hoping is closer to 330-350k oz range

H2 2026 - FS for the WDU released

Further drilling results across the exploration portfolio

Potentially continue to increase bank balance by over 200mAUD a quarter

Probably the point i am raising is that after the MRE it becomes a more steady state and we will be driven by gold price with the "pot of gold" being 2030 realistically when Haveiron starts. So what next for GGP - what will drive growth as it will not be Haveiron and Telfer is steady state for those 2-3 years while we are waiting. Really interested in peoples thoughts as for me the cash is there to pay for Haveiron already and we are a couple years away before the big capex costs start to hit for Haveiron and by then we would have close on 1bn excess cash.

For me i can see buying another producer as an option alongside small dividends OR a buyback. Exploration alone is not going to consume the vast quantities of cash that GGP are and will be churning out so be really interested what is next for SD and the team as i cannot believe they will just wait for over 3 years for Haveiron to start producing.

4Corners i think the turn around point is announcing distribution by way of buyback OR dividend due to debt levels getting to where they have stated they wanted them.

One thing that i am finding a touch concerning that another poster wrote is that no new contracts have been posted this last quarter like 2024. We had an order book circa 450mUSD end of Q3 so am hoping that we have had some smaller renewals OR still ones to be announced and we are still above $400m or circa 2 years order book. Key stat for me when the next set of financials are released.

Looks like not only has gold consolidated over past 8 weeks above 4000 - we now have a push to go above 4200 and it is nice to see steady daily gains or smaller losses daily and not the wild swings we had to get to all time highs of $100+ days either way. Hopefully it continues and bodes well for going into 2026 and the cash pile of GGP getting to the point of outside of Haveiron what is next thing on the agenda to drive growth !

30s is not going to happen without OPEC and the Saudis effectively reducing production!

Mommur i agree with you. The Goldmans downgrade is what set this off and until the selling stops from that then we will see where we go. For me nothing has changed. as the govt terms have not got worse for the north sea but what it does show is how powerful milliband is in the labour party as it was a slam dunk for UK growth helping the north sea oil companies explore and produce both gas and oil but he won!
