So I spoke to Trading 212 who said they have received no notice from PREM about a vote, and PREM AGM announcements say to contact broker to vote. So not sure how to put in a vote when PREM and T212 are saying the other party needs to resolve it!

What would happen to shareholders if a takeover happened?

What are we expecting in the coming weeks? Glencore to sign binding agreement? Zulu to start producing? Other companies to signal interest?

Feels like some light at the end of this long tunnel, interested to see where we go next.

Saw this info posted on the PREM investors FB group:

'PREM: FRAV (Frankfurt Off-Book market) trading Venue published from today (13th May). Glencore also trade via Frankfurt Stock Exchange.'

Any relevance (or not!) is speculation but thought I'd share
