@ACKER writing as an investor, an EGM that leads to yet more dilution would not reassure me, quite the opposite. Seeing Prem get into production and becoming cash generative would. Graham Hill said that he expects the world to become our oyster when production is proven, so if a placing does come next week to help finish commissioning, hopefully it will be one of the last fundraises needed to get to that point IMO. Do not want an EGM for more dilution, if the consolidation came after steady production I’d be more comfortable with that.

@CluelessChancer the Zimbabwe government recently posted on X about Prem, highlighting the project. I would be inclined to think that they wouldn’t be doing that if the project was at odds with current governmental policy

@ACKER, why will 30 billion shares be needed?

@hasiba I disagree, the strike price of the stock options has to be at a level that incentivises and IMO rewards the BOD and management for getting the project into production.

Considering the work Graham Hill and others have done to get the project to this position from where it was, I do not begrudge them the opportunity to purchase shares in the future at (hopefully) a profit.

@Anglebox788 the lower the options compared to where hopefully the share price will be by then, is the incentive for the BOD and management to get Zulu into production successfully and then scale it up. As a LTH I'm more than happy for that incentive to be in place to further encourage progress,

@Anglebox788, it’s not a prediction or forecast of share price, it’s an incentive for the BOD and management, the higher the share price when either the date or production targets are met, the higher profit they will make from their purchase at those levels. Being able to buy shares at 0.036p when the share price will hopefully be a lot higher by then, is an incentive, and IMV it’s a show of confidence from the BOD that production will happen

I disagree, the plant is so close to production now. If that is what Prem are looking to do, to add that much dilution and consolidate, I would be closing my position immediately. Long term holders have been obliterated continually over the course of the last few years...if Prem can prove production by end of June then share price will increase and raises will be much less dilutive, then the company should be able to move into cash generation, without losing all our value and profit opportunities. .

I don’t agree about the EGM, if the share price rises as commissioning and optimising progresses then more shares than what is left might not be needed to get to production

Prem mcap reached £233m mcap in April 2023, if we get anywhere near back to that it will be nice

Jaglith, I believe that 35 million you mention was actually a buy as it is a trade from the 12th Jan, not 13th. The price action around 9.20am yesterday would indicate it to be a buy not sell.

Haven’t heard anything, I emailed Stockbox in December asking if there are any plans for an interview and haven’t had a response from them so far.

I’m a long term prem holder looking at investing here to try and recoup a little bit of my investments, trying to weigh up the decision after an awful time with prem!

@Jaglith Past events under different leadership do not mean the same thing has happened again…you could definitely be correct but until more news is released it’s conjecture IMO.

@raaydaar the RNS states as you say that further discussions are needed but doesn’t state for exactly what reason. Canmax may have offered another solution, or GH may be offering other options based on the audit and plans.

@Jaglith there are a few other reasons that could explain why the GM was adjourned, doesn’t have to indicate that Canmax voted no. It’s pure conjecture from all of us here trying to guess why it was adjourned until more is revealed.

I plan to purchase more next week too Acker...hoping Graham Hill might purchase some too when he is allowed to, after comments he made in the recent SB interview. Best of luck all

My opinion is that Prem have been conducting a 22 day test run as that is the aim for production monthly, so today would be the last day of that based on the RNS announcing the run, so might hear about it today or Monday next week, just my opinion though
