I know the guys with the CLNs. They want the shares and the last I understand remain unlikely to sell. The CLN conversion date is the RNS that confirmed the funding. The fundders understand we're on the cusp of proof of concept for a r/r AML that is better than the current standard of care. Once confirmed the HEMO market cap will be higher. Likely to be another TR1 as well I believe.

In terms of warrants, we know what was exercised last time. We assumed they were all or most sold. But we don't get any confirmation. So yeah, a few could have been left over to sell. There are some outstanding warrants held by an unknown. Could they be forward selling them? I dont really understand all the dark arts well enough but you wouldn't write it off.

We will get to know when any further warrants are exercised though via RNS.

But seriously, it's rather quite simple. It's all about the money. More cash has always been required to expedite patient recruitment and fund the necessary CAR T. For the first 6 months we struggled for cash and had a rolling few hundred k sterling to scrape through funding the expensive $300k manufacturing costs in-house for patient 1-3. Whereas now we have £2m+ to fund the reduced $100k outsourced manufacturing costs and reduced in-house staffing costs. Adults and peds can run in parallel comfortably for the next cohorts respectively, at least.

I think that part is definitely not rocket science (or cancer science).

Traders care about the short term SP fluctuations. Investors care about the longer term goal and commercialisation and 100 bagging. There are many who play both games. I say each to their own! I'm pretty sure which camp Haywain sits in boom.

Including the commercial drivers listed by HFH in terms of patents, the question is how long does any interested party wait to buy HG CT 1. I'm of the view that due to CDXs target and molecular background the HG CT 1 trial progress is already upgrading CDX in commercial value via cross validation. I'd be surprised if any interested party reviewing HG CT 1 isn't interested in CDX as well.

And the best thing for investors is you need to do absolutely nothing but sit back (and possibly buy a few more if you believe the science as Elrathia says).
