The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
I'm replying to this part of your last message. I agree you can't answer those questions. I would hope more information will be provided in due course. 6-8 days is a long transportation to hear nothing.
I'm happy as things stand. Lets see how the finance pans out.
"The video today, where does it say that the video is of Prem's ball mill
Did the ball mill pass the required tests
Has the company released the plant for transportation
When will it be transported?
Can you answer the very relevant questions from the information in the RNS"
What does no information on it tell us? Must GR have told us?
What action do you take as a result of an RNS confirming the mill has been packed and begin its journey? What action have you taken now as a result of not knowing?
Is this even RNSable - completing a task by way of business? Can it be assumed it has happened until we're told it hasn't?
Again. You are simply saying that past history dictates that we must infer something is wrong. Are you not?
Bigger picture its not a big deal. But yes, I can see how things going specifically to plan would intimate rungs on the ladder to success.
So then it comes down to the fact that the Share price is x. Based on what you know does it represent good value to buy or not? Should we sell off the back of your conclusions?
Thank God it shouldnt drag on too much longer all being well.
Spod has a small and finite supply. The world will need more and the value will rise over the next couple of years.
Its why so much hard work and effort has gone into the site even with all the speed bumps hit. The demand is for spod is HUGE. Canmax's supplying deals with the big boys and the west necessitate this having to work. Simples.
Well I can understand how that expectance of failure underpins your views.
GR is a classical over-promise/under deliver merchant. But there is only so long Canmax pursue Zulu before abandoning it. Their need for Spod is substantial. They have seen this through to now and allowed PREM wriggle room to specifically get over the line. They had no need to do this.
I honestly believe GR gets this over the line. Finally. For me, and its seems quite obvious, they are VERY nearly there. I dont understand how you are able to look past all of the jigsaw pieces of things happening on site, the amount of money spent, the super power canmax still committed and supporting to see any other outcome.
The intricacies of RNS and critiquing of specific wording might be your bag. But I see the bigger picture and I fail to see how this project does not get over the line.
The longer term economics of the plant will be solved by the price of spod recovering over time and the scaling up of the mine and surrounding areas. Its not very complicated for me. Though I am a simple man! ha
@martini
GR gets deserved stick for all the deadlines and raises in the past you simply can't argue with.
But this critiquing of what goes into RNSs makes me laugh. How exactly should he have framed the fact that things remain on target for production late Feb? Contractors with jobs to do have to do their bits when it arrives to get it going. The alternative being he says that he guarantees it will be done on time? Which he can't. Nobody could.
It is certainly up to him to make sure it happens though. There is no doubt in that.
And there could be a rise on the way?! Well, we all know this. Yet you suggest it as if it's some sort of surprise.
This BS will continue til PREM hits production. I get it. You feel like you are being smart and enlightening investors. Whatever floats your boat.
But you talk as though PREM will never reach production. And I am pretty sure you dont believe this to be the case. There are tasks and things that need to happen to get over the line. And they are very doable... including the finance whichever way it turns out.
“Premier's internal budgets (which have not been independently verified) predict an average production cost on a mine gate basis of US$800 per ton of SC6. At present SC6 selling prices, and after an allowance for freight charges of US$152 per ton, production at this point in time of basic SC6 standard product is marginally profitable.
You conveniently missed this bit…
“However, Zulu is expected to produce a low iron higher grade Spodumene concentrate in the normal course from clean ore as previously indicated by Anzaplan in original test work, and as demonstrated in Premier's laboratory at site. This Spodumene concentrate currently attracts a substantial price premium which is expected to buffer the effects of the lower SC6 prices at present.“
Nothing showing at stockbox for today.
If it’s being moved back it seems less of an urgent message of unity following Fridays RNS and more likely they may offer some actual news?! Maybe an RNS on its way?! Just my thoughts.
You have to speculate to accumulate.
Aaaah nicely played... so if it goes up its mug punters. Covering your bases already? Lol.
Honestly, your bitterness blinds you.
So low volumes this week means there has to be an increase in volume when the shares land as Stark sell them all. I will watch with a very keen interest.
We can re-visit tomorrow.
Well then they will have forward sold. Like all professionals paid in stock who don't want to hold. The price dip reflecting that outcome also.
They effectively have inside info though. They know EXACTLY whats going on at PREM. If all is good on site do you think they'll lose out on doubling there money relatively short term?
Volume-wise if they sell on admittance (never happens like that and you would know this if you knew what you were talking about) then the price will tank tomorrow.
I'll guarantee you it wont. STARK wont sell (but if they did its already done). I actually expect a rise.
Why are you spreading FUD? Any particular reason?
Im pretty sure its a no. They built the mine. They know it works! The price dip on Since Friday and the news of the relatively small dilution has bene absorbed in the share price. Nothing will happen tomorrow to the SP as such when the shares are 'admitted to the stock exchange'.
Bigger news is afoot. Much bigger. Im looking forward to see what exactly you have to say when PREM is confirmed producer.
