Exactly Chris, nothing is priced in. And fair enough I understand people waiting to see the RNS that confirms IND submitted to FCA. But I believe there will be a very strong reaction when it is confirmed. A lot of the investment risk related to competence and capability to get to trial suddenly disappears in one single RNS. So many doubts put to bed.
Im a believer. Vlad will see it through. So am positioned accordingly.
I hope you're talking about CBR HFH... dont get me started on that....
CAR T IND paves the way for us to push that blockbuster that is CBR into the golden egg all indications suggest! CAR T IND proves they can do it and get drugs to trial where the big money is.
Just a small additional thought while its in my tiny mind. What I am talking about is nothing to do with getting the drug approved, saving lives (which is what its all about ultimately).
Im thinking selfishly to HEMO and its status as an investment. They finally prove that they have novel ideas for treatment, that pass all pre clinical testing, can meet with every single requirement of FDA to get trial, which is no mean feat. HEMO are not just a peddler of pipe dreams. They have implement all actions required to secure a route to commercialisation. They become the real deal. Their processes become validated as having the both the know how AND delivering them through to possible commercialisation.
This is what submitting a complete IND verifies for HEMO. So what market cap for a company who has proven ability to get a multi million dollar drug from target to trial and into clinical setting?
Its CERTAINLY NOT todays £25m that is for sure.
So lets say the IND app for HEMO CAR T is submitted within the next week. Meaning EVERYTHING is complete and ready and all boxes are ticked. All tests done. All external verification complete, manufacturing process is tested and verified.
Everything. They are good to go.
What does the HEMO SP jump to? Because this is where we are at ladies and gentlemen. The IND app remains on target as far as Im aware for an imminent submission. Imminent seems absolutely the right word as things stand based on the investor zoom calls some of us attended where target dates were intimated.
Moving on, FDA have 30 days to object although in reality they can come back at any time once in trials and ask for them to be paused/stopped as is their power. With no objections then after 30 days HEMO plough ahead in conjunction with PENN recruiting patients who need and are happy to take an alternative treatment to what they have had before. Its full steam ahead.
A clinical trial going ahead for a currently non-existent oncology drug to treat the biggest killer version of Leukaemia. Exciting times. Vlad making things happen whatever anyone says on here!

£4+ party will be in Vegas, where all proper investors will be able to afford suites at the bellagio, fly 1st class and buy a tiger.

All you non believers, get saving now, you can still come along, Im sure we will buy you a ****tail. Something green.
Be nice to time the next RNS with the ending of the sell down of the disgruntled broker. Seems like they are just about done to me. The sell volume petered out this afternoon.
We flip back positive this week for me. We will see!
Last day of the month tomorrow
Will Vlad sign off January with an RNS? We must have plenty of things to share where progress is being made. CBR cures idiocy as well as viruses?
Concluding pre IND work and submitting to the FDA for CAR T... not long now...
Nothing to do with a stroke of genius. Its simply just necessary.
Not ideal timing as well want the SP to just go up and up and up with no downs. But it doesnt work like that. To suggest raising the cash now reflects his confidence in his products is laughable. Its just business. And its done. The nay sayers usually go mad about a placing being due as cash is low. Now post placing people moan we didnt need it and dont need the money! Madness.
People dont like crazy vlad with the CLNs and moan a lot. With merit might I add. Lots of people dont like prudent vlad either it seems! Forward thinking Vlad beginning to impress me.
Raising at hugely increased price to the last years average and people scoff.
How many hours were we over 4p? He’d never have raised any serious funds anywhere near that price.
Sometimes you have to take notice when the cash is offered. Doesn’t matter how good your nearly products are, you gotta secure the cash.
CAR T continues but CBR will certainly get a shift on. As people have also picked up will the funds help secure a serious grant of non dilutive cash too?
So we have a pretty strong price base right now, imo, from which we have a multitude of ultra positive news to drop.
We are in a very strong position right now at HEMO. Some investors just need to be able to look further down the line than the end of their nose! ;-)
You describe what has already happened in the story. Cash secured. £22m MCAP, around £9m in the bank. THE primary objective of junior pharma is securing cash. Not only can CAR T continue ahead at light speed but now CBR can get the same rapid acceleration too as opposed to just ticking over.
What will happen next week and the week after and the weeks after that? I suggest you consider what comes next. Do not under-estimate Vlad. Moan about his placing, his videos, his RNS wordings sometimes, his twitter. But never under-estimate him.
Later stage trials will require serious funding and adoption by Big Pharma whether they buy it outright , partner up or any other version of 'stepping in'.
But HEMO has the funds to get to proof of concept for CAR T. It did not need the new £4m for CAR T. Vlad confirmed this. But it is prudent to take cash when it's available in Junior Pharma. Because 100% it is not always available.
Now they can really get stuck into CBR, pushing more external external vetting alongside their cheap internal testing.
How long does Big Pharma wait to step in on a drug development platform that can cure any virus? In my view CBR is the golden ticket. We all have our views and are entitled to them.
I trust Vlad and his pursuit of a very successful end game. We definitely still keep hitting bumps on the road. But one thing for certain we are definitely getting further down the road and ever closer to success.
Im not sure what your point is.

Please read up on the proof of concept in oncology drug development. Phase 1 and 2a. Safety and efficacy. Phase 3 needs Big Pharma to fund it as is normal with oncology tratments.
HEMO can reach proof of concept at a fraction of the cost of the later phases. But that is what big pharma want to see before they swoop in. HEMO will be able to prove it works and is safe a lot sooner than most seem to understand. If of course, it actually works and is safe. Which I strongly believe it will be based on the most thorough pre clinical development stages I have seen.
HEMO can produce an FDA ready drug, in house, compliant with all rules and standards. Considered safe enough for trial.
This validates everything Vlad does. The science. The process. The lab. The finding they are able to secure in difficult financial times.
CBR could be pretty good...
Proof of Concept is the money shot
Phase 1 and 2a landed.
I see no specific doubts to suggest HEMO doesnt have a cracking chance of landing it for CAR T. Even just getting trial proves HEMO has the capabilities to meet with strict FDA standards and requirements. They can get funding. That they have the talent as well and drive to produce a product of stature.
But CBR....
Show me the money. And it takes as long as it takes. But positive in vivo results in the next few weeks... and the queue of Big Pharma sniffing around will only continue to grow.
Years and Billions.
