CBR development became streamlined, understandably so, as HG CT 1 reached clinical stage and took firm priority for Vlad as well as funds available becoming tight. However, the progress made so far as referenced in all the CBR RNSs to date is nothing short of impressive. Whilst we're in CAR T trial then that remains our utmost priority. I'm keen to hear a progress update on CBR I am happy to wait until its the right time.

In addition, CDX, without any material advancement directly since CAR T was prioritised, is actually being cross-validated by CAR Ts ongoing progress in the trial. So serious value is being added to two assets as we move forward on the single product. Which is nice.

Can't talk positively about HEMO's assets or their potential. Not allowed. Shhh.

CDX is NOT a diagnostic tool. CDX is a bispecific monoclonal antibody with potentially broad applications. How is that a diagnostic tool?

The time it takes to get clearance to proceed on adult cohort two and begin the paediatric trial only goes to emphasise the significance of the advancements/milestones.

Assets worth billions tend to be worth waiting for.

My take away from the interim commentary from Vlad is absolute clarity. The pathway to commercialisation is has been laid out.

With the levels of efficacy we know for the half dose though I see it VERY likely the recommended dose will be ideal. Interested to see how the double dose goes on. Beyond that I see further dose increases unnecessary. Based on what I’ve read and understand from preclinical testing.

I dont think its delayed as such. But we are transitioning to outsourced manufacturing so Im sure that is part of the IRB sign off at MDA. Making sure everything is 100% in order to move to the next stage.

Hopefully we hear something on it soon.

Vander, I'm very confident Vlad will get fast-track approval by FDA to shorten the Phase one patient numbers significantly using data to date. Maybe reduce by half. down to 3 cohorts. Half dose, full dose, double dose. 9 patients. Similarly with the peds.

Something this good is in everyones interests to accelerate protocol sign-off criteria.

I've commented previously, every day that passes adds durability to the first 3 patients. This only firms up the evidence HG CT 1 works and works well. Every day we move closer to commencement of the peds trial and the second adult cohort. Cheaper manufacturing costs with outsourcing. Moving towards commercialisation fast track in Europe via Estonia.

Dr Short must be mightily encouraged with what he has seen so far. It doesnt get bigger than MD Anderson running your trial.

DCNY Summit presentations expanding HEMO visibility with very much the right people. Deep pockets only at that get together.

Not a lot else to say apart from investors have the easiest job there is. Sit back and do nothing and watch things unfold.

Or just buy really low and sell really high.

Have a few years investment time horizon and stop pretending you can beat the markets trading.
