I'll be specific when I talk about "people don't understand HEMO". Alde and Notformuchposting. Know it all, but know so little. Hence why they be in the green bin.

People talk of complete unknown dose escalation outcomes without knowing pre clinicals are incredible insights into what the HEMO expect.

The DSMB will have requested and seen the pre clinical results that lay the foundations as to what Vladik expects to see in humans. This data is material. It sets standards, gives indications of future outcomes. The translation between humanized mice to humans is likely to be not such a huge leap.

HG CT 1 is next gen. Technically next next gen (3rd gen). The amount they've learnt from previous developments, the mechanics introduced to mitigate previous risks, specific vectors, its pretty much mind blowing.

So without trying to drone on, the nay sayers, imo, don't really understand any of it. Any of what makes HEMO special. So sit safe investors. The magic of HEMO is growing every day. And it will all be revealed soon enough.

What a stock. What science. So elite it seems to be beyond comprehension. Comparisons with previous CAR T efforts fall so far short its like comparing apples with oranges.

I read today we are the first CAR T to dose escalate after only 3 patients. All others had safety problems necessitating additional cohort patient doses.

But safety was so obvious and priced in, lol. Utter BS. HG CT 1 demonstrating exceptional data at this very early stage.

To infinity.... and beyond. Lets get some god dam lives saved!!!!

I think with the DSMB landing prior to the deadline, this is not coincidental and it contributed to a submission. So yeah, I think submission was more likely that not in terms of probability.

Whether its accepted or not is a trickier call with only six places available. On our side we have the fact that lot of important steps took place post main-submission deadline which has to put us in the mix.

The fact is HEMO is unstoppable now. Externally verified.

Vladik could sell HG CT 1 without treating another person and it would become the new standard of care delivered on half a dose. The first three patients offering extraordinary results already.

The market can’t deal with waiting for a bit for progress. It’s a bit pathetic and reflects the modern society imo.

But I’m allowed an opinion and I think my explanation is pretty logical.

Any unnecessary delays to the roll out/broadening application of a working treatment for an essentially untreatable disease is ethically unacceptable imo.

I’d suggest both.

3 cohorts for each feels right to me.

If the first round was a half dose. The second cohort will be the ‘recommended’ dose. Then the third round will be a double dose.

The pre agreed “recommended dose” level has a lot of pre clinical data and scientific thought behind it. The escalation past double seems excessive to me.

Particularly based on efficacy signals we know of to date. The half dose is working for gods sake!
