PHE agreed to lend £3.8M to the SPV for the purpose of committing to order long lead time items, in particular the gasification chamber and other associated items. It is the SPV that will be paying for the Capex, not PHE, not Peel, but of course both PHE and Peel will be funding the SPV.

Audible, I’m not really sure if I agree or disagree with some of your points, I’m just having difficulty understanding what you’re on about in most of your ramblings. Yes rsm61, the concern is about possible delay by Peel, no concern about planning being turned down. And we know that 10B has already got full planning consent.

Patxaran, that's not the issue here.

This doesn't look good to me. Natural England are suggesting that planning permission should not be granted. Surely this issue could have been sorted months ago?
