PHE could build hundreds of DMG units there to clean up the plastic pollution and generate electricity for the communities.

TBH, I believe it will be Avery long time before PHE (or the DMGs) get round to dealing with the plastics that are already in the oceans. Initially I expect the DMGs too be involved with waste management companies and local authorities, disposing of end of use plastics that would otherwise have to go to landfill or incineration. That will keep PHE and its associates busy for a very long time.

Then there's all of the mountains of tyres throughout the world to deal with.

Perhaps someone else, with different technology, will have to deal with what is already in the oceans. And let's face it, someone has got to go out there an "fish" for the plastic in the first place!

Last year the final results were published on 1st March, so if the same pattern is followed this year we may see them in about a week.

I entirely agree piemaker. With this carry on in Russia the renewables and hydrogen-related shares should be going up and not down!

I entirely agree, local councils are really important. I expect a large number of them are already aware of the DMG but as David Ryan said PHE has had a lot of enquiries, but no-one wants to be first, they are all waiting to see how the FOAK works at Protos.

I think the difference is that Poland is in NATO, but Ukraine is not.

Oh, nearly forgot (most important!):
- Signed agreement between PHE and the SPV for payment of the licence fee of £500k per annum.

According to Google, the definition of Financial close for a project is:
"Financial close occurs when all the project and financing agreements have been signed, all conditions on those agreements have been met, and the private party to the PPP can start drawing down the financing to start work on the project."

So as far a the SPV for the DMG is concerned, I imagine that will include:
- Agreement between PHE and PEEL regarding split of shareholding of the SPV and commitment of funding from each party;
- If third party funding is involved, then commitment from the lenders.
- Lease agreement signed between Peel and the SPV (remember the SPV is a separate entity).
- Contracts signed with building contractors for the buildings and the plant within.
- Contracts signed for the feedstocks for the DMG.
- Contracts signed for the sale of the electricity produced by the DMG.
- And I'm sure I'e missed quite a few things! Please feel free to add to the list!

In the last two years the final results up to 31st October for the previous year were issued on 28th February and 1st March, so if they follow the same pattern this year we might have the results in about 3 weeks.

I agree athansius. I'm fed up reading about Extreme E now, I want to read about sales that's going to give us some decent revenue.

I agree chippyjo, I don't believe that Adam Bond buying shares out of his own pocket would make a jot of difference to the market or the SP. There are more important issues to think about. When the company announces significant sales, that is what will shift the SP.
