The company is already in recovery mode. The more "hands off" he is the better.

Would be nice to know what the take up of AA connected car has been, though we aren't likely to know before the AA's next trading statement in early Feb.

But the AA website seems quite user friendly, so anyone wishing to choose the option can easily do so, and hopefully they have in large numbers.

If take-up has been encouraging, I wouldn't expect there to be specific mention of this by Trak this week (?), but it would at least enable them to be more upbeat about trading prospects generally.

The recent snippets of news re contracts (albeit not the AA), recruitment etc, and the recent SP recovery from 15p (!), and no reported divestment by major holders, gives some hope for a relatively upbeat trading update.

So I still think a rerate to 30p is possible - but even this would be no "get out of jail free card" for most holders, unfortunately.

No news, but maybe visitors to the management suite at head office have picked up some uncharacteristically positive vibes, as JW puts the finishing touches to the next trading update?

At 15p, this has been priced to fail; once, following an upbeat TU, the market accepts that that danger has passed, it should rerate to nearer double that.

80% buys today, and SP threatening the 20's again! Personal loss pared back to "only" 60%. Happy days!

Someone’s just done a bed and ISA for the full £20k annual allowance (the second transaction has been misclassified as a sale, but the repurchase is always of slightly fewer shares than the sale, and with a reduced spread).

So, good news, but even better if we get an RNS to say it’s been a PDMR. However, I suppose that's unlikely, since it's a close period - unless bed and ISA's are exempt.

I think those "up-front payments" are in effect secured against assets which are not included in my figure of £800m (which actually should be more like £1,100m - I see the information on this website is not up-to-date), so I agree it's a small point.

Ideally, yes, but the next best option would be for it (the company or the assets) to be acquired by another mining company via an auction.

I believe shareholders have put in about £800m into SXX so far or, with 7bn shares in issue, 11p per share. This would be a first approximation to the value of the work done by SXX to date. But given the value of the polyhalite contracts already secured, this should be an underestimate of its worth.

So provided there is a healthy market for a half-finished project such as this, the current 3p share price represents a significant undervalue I would have thought.

I think the most likely reason for selling only 2 shares is that it was only meant to be a test sell, but the wrong button on the screen was pressed and it became an actual sell.

I've seen these sorts of micro trade before on many occasions, and concluded that there are unlikely to be any hidden messages, between dealers for example.

I suppose an insider, say, could always make a private arrangement with someone that he will carry out a micro buy or sell to indicate this or that about the company, but such a trade wouldn't mean anything to anyone else.

Whoever's just sold £9k's worth at 15p odd, obviously didn't see my last post!

But you can't read too much into isolated sells like this: it could be that the holder desperately needed to raise cash to pay a tax bill, or a divorce settlement, or whatever...

Anyway, it's created a great buying opportunity for those who aren't already loaded up (I was quoted 16.5p just now).

I understood it was launched 12/9/19, but slightly "hidden away" on the website.

The difference now, therefore, is that it is shown as an option upfront, perhaps reflecting more confidence in the product following feedback (hopefully).

"500m in new shares @ 3p" would go against what CF has said about the shares being currently undervalued (don't ask me exactly where he said this, it's tucked away under all the dross on this BB).

I would in any event prefer a rights issue, and avoid any dilution at all by taking it up in full.
