But people have their own cabins. Meal times can be staggered and/or meals taken in the cabin. So capacity can still be close to 100%.

These RNSs never tell the whole story. In fact, there is usually more that isn't said than said. However, any doubts about the move would be dispelled, were she to show her confidence in the company by making a chunky purchase of shares. There is plenty of time before the next results announcement.

Interesting find on LinkedIn, but I wouldn't read too much into the "Board Crisis Management Support" bit - people do tend to describe their own roles these days in a slightly exaggerated and melodramatic way. It's also true, though, that many businesses have been profoundly affected by Covid, so any support given to such companies at this time can be described as "helping them through a crisis".

But anyway, hopefully there is a difference between just using her for third-party support and bringing her on board as a fully-fledged director.

Yesterday's RNS throws some light on this. Chelverton seems to have increased its holding by 1m shares, to 7m shares. No idea whom they bought them from though.

Thinking about it, it’s more likely that the deals have been misdescribed, as often happens.

They were only a few seconds apart, so I suspect the first was a sell, and the second was a buy back at the same price.

Maybe someone was moving some shares from a taxable vehicle into a non-taxable vehicle, in anticipation of the shares taking off. Let’s hope he’s right!

KBYK - I’ve had problems with Barclays limit orders in the past, so I avoid them.

I’ve been trying to buy 20,000 using their “quote and deal” option, and constantly get “order cannot be fulfilled at the moment” basically. It seems that 20,000 is regarded as large order for this share.
