It’s what most people here say. I’m sure you’ve said it as well. So in your opinion, what are we, a covid test company or not? Given the cliff covid sales have fallen off, I’d say the latter. Lower non covid sales than 2019 and that’s with inflation so in real terms the drop is more significant.

Unfortunately, we’re not a leading diagnostics company. We all wanted it to be and many of us thought it could be but the dispute and lower non covid revenue then pre covid suggests we are still the tiny company we were before, but just have more liquidity, for now, to plug annual losses and pay board members a small fortune to do absolutely nothing on a daily basis.

When you look at the numbers it is insane really, no wonder we saw the spike to what the SP was and now back to being in the gutter. It truly was a one off event.

We’ve got nothing of note to sell and no customers of note. We’re now seeing that it was a total fad, a cycle. **** company, massive covid spike, **** company again.

An acquisition of a company is not a P&L item therefore what sort of tax are you referring to? It’ll have no impact on CT, not that that is relevant anyway as we are now loss making.

Pre question for a loss making company whereby tax is probably the last of their concern.

well imo, I think you are wrong in your thoughts, it make take a little time, but a recovery will happen when those "who you are crl, say are manipulating it" decide it needs to rise up? Why would they rise it up more than the 5/10/20% they want on any given day? It then goes down again even more, as we have seen countless times.

my only concern, is those who could not afford to reduce their original holding, having bought in, at say £4 or more? they are the real victims of this manipulation?

Yes, hopefully resolved in our favour before I leave. Obviously. I don't think it'll rise much but it should be higher than now. My comments will be along the lines of 'great we have gone up 10-20%' and then when it dips the week after I'll likely say 'be good to see some sales strategy. Having money sitting in the bank being eroded by inflation isn't a replacement for actually selling things'.

I see ABD have tanked today on bad results. Reads like us, good covid year then back to normal. And they had a favourable dhsc outcome.

And a deep thinking forward looking board of directors, which is the polar opposite of what we have.

What can I do to support my investment? Personally deliver some sales? Personally write and publish an rns? Personally resolve the dispute?

As shareholders, it is evident that there is **** all we can do.

What is our post covid revenue generating strategy? You clearly know. Strip out covid sales from the 2022 forecast and tell me the revenue number, then compare it to 2019 and tell me all is rosy. To date, we have NOTHING to suggest that that number is going to rise in any significant way. And we have lost a year due to the DA debacle. And still have in charge those who appointed him.

21ATS - I imagine the moves down haven't been based on thin air, consider the following:

CEO mysteriously departs with immediate effect. A whole year wasted.
Zero post covid sales strategy.
Dispute.

3 fairly good reasons for the price to move down. We've had 0 reasons for it to move up.

Trades list is chock full of identical A trades so it's clearly just a manipulated rise for a quick gain for those in the know. What other reason would there be 15-20 500 buys all at the same time?

Looking forward to the RNS that confirms huge £106.54 contract with the Hungarian market. Should nicely reduce annual losses.

Price being manipulated today it seems. Lots of big red sells but then also a tonne of 500 automatic buys.

Fair points swag. They’ll get it past us like they got da’s ratification and the payrises past us. Any PI with sense would have voted against both, but certainly the latter. They were unanimously waved through when in reality not a single PI should have backed those pay rises as they were wrong on literally every level, morally and performance wise.

Well yes it would inflate it but at this rate it’ll be inflating it from about 30p. Don’t think the acquirer would then be too concerned about a 25% spike. 25% spike from £3 is another matter.

To be fair it probably isn’t sinister, it’s more they’re just **** at their jobs and have done absolutely nothing for 2.5 years other than watch unexpected riches roll in (and soon to possibly roll out).
