The Company is responsive to Shareholder telephone and email enquiries throughout the year and the Board regards the AGM as a particularly important opportunity for Shareholders and members of the Board to meet and exchange views.

The Company receives occasional feedback direct from investors, which is carefully considered by the Board, with appropriate action being taken where the Board believes it in the interests of Shareholders to do so. None of the feedback received from investors has involved non-compliance with the QCA Code.

It feels like the plug has been pulled now. At least a while ago there were occasional pumps to give faint hope, now it’s just oblivion. I mean I’ve said that before maybe prematurely but this surely is. With the marcap to cash ratio so out of kilter, there’s clearly no bottom - the market thinks we have lost the dispute and have no future revenues, and is hammering us accordingly.

We’ll never find out what happened, but will just be another corrupt aim stock gone to the wall. I called it ages ago as another odx and the chart supports that. Obviously i didn’t believe it enough to sell but I called it.

The worst part about all of this is even as part owners of the company we have absolutely no say and will never find out what is actually happening, well not until half yearly figures are announced anyway. What is truly happening may be planned, or it may just be as someone else said earlier a case of a very small time company acting in a very small time

I’ve read it easy chair but I think it’s all pointless. We’re only here for the SP and that is declining every day. How is this research turning into positive sp news? It isn’t.

We don’t need ‘research’ (or ramping) from randoms on here, we need to hear from people within the business making decisions. Our investments are being decimated daily, our ceo has just randomly left without a reason, they tell us absolutely nothing, we don’t know whether we have a viable business going forward due to lack of sales and the dispute.

Have they disbanded the investor relations dept?

Delay delay delay and every month/year that goes by the company is still hamstrung by the case, not spending the money, not implementing a strategy as they have no idea if they’ll be solvent post dispute, customers being wary about trading with us because of the reputational damage caused by the dispute = cash burn
